Where do I even start? First off the training outside of the class is some the worst I've ever seen. They will literally throw you to the wolves. Will Have you working a very dangerous machine with 0 experience. I was the only black machine operator working there the whole time I was there. They hired another black gentleman there, who was training for a few weeks.
One day one of The other operators came & told us "they don't keep people with our skin color too long" neither of us are there currently. Save your self the trouble if you're a person of color. This job is trash & highly racist!

Very poorly customer service! I called to check what the warranty is on a product and I was simply told to contact my service provider. I said the part is not from the cable company and the rep said "then you do not have warranty". I believe that the agent's name was Lisa and her attitude was just terrible. You need to train your employees better and know how to provide warranty information when you sell such a junk garbage that fails after 1 year.
