We recently used the Andrew Grant for marketing our property for Lettings. They were really good at getting initial interest in our property on both occasions. The whole process was smooth and Andrew Grant managed all of the viewings from start to finish and providing us with feedback from all viewings and details of interested parties so that we could review.

We do feel that they could improve in making sure the interested parties are aware of the property capability/suiting to ensure that the property would suit their needs. Vetting financially was amazing and pretty quick once we had chosen the new tenant.

From a new tenants perspective, Andrew Grant have been great right from the off, from arranging the viewing of my new home, right the way through to picking up the keys. The staff have all been very friendly, and Abigail has been fantastic, answering all of my queries in a timely fashion, taking a lot of stress away from the whole process.
