We hired Maryanne McGuire for our wedding at Grand Tradition in Fallbrook and I cannot express how happy my husband and I are with the photographs. We are not typically the most comfortable in front of the camera but Maryanne and her assistant, Misha, made us feel at ease every step of the way. Maryanne made sure to get all of the photographs that I asked for and others that she knew I would love, all while never making us feel rushed or like our moments weren't personal and private.

I cannot speak highly enough of Maryanne in her ability to take stunning photographs while making me feel so comfortable and at peace on what can be a very stressful (and wonderful) day. LOVED HER!

We hired Maryanne to photograph our son's wedding at the Soledad Club. She was amazing to work with! We had a plan for the day, but as things changed she was right on top of it, keeping her cool and doing whatever it took to get the photos we wanted. Soledad Club is not the easiest place to photograph but she and her assistant Misha did a fantastic job despite the challenges with lighting and background.

And they seemed to be everywhere, like Paparazzi, while always keeping out of the way and never infringing on our guest's experiences. It was incredible the number of photos they took, especially given the compressed time frame of our event. And all the photos were wonderful! It was a real challenge to sort through them all. If you are looking for the best photographer for your event, we would definitely recommend McGuire Photography!

Maryanne did our engagement and wedding photos. She is so fun to work with! We were both a little camera shy/awkward and Maryanne did a wonderful job helping us overcome it. She truly loves her work, has been doing it for decades, and puts a lot of energy into it. We appreciated that she took the time before and after the shoots for us to come over and view the photos before publishing them.

Our wedding photos were perfect! We didn't get to do a practice with Maryanne or anything, and didn't spend too much time talking about what we wanted but she captured our vision really well and took SO MANY photos. In the end, she delivered over 800 photos of our wedding and they were incredible! For us, we loved the way she played with light and had a good eye for what would be something beyond the traditional wedding portraits. We were so so happy, i'd highly recommend her!

I booked Maryanne McGuire for my wedding after a good rec from a friend. She was amazing! She is very enthusiastic about her craft, which makes her fun to work with and you know she's giving you her best. She is well priced. I wanted to pay more for my photographer because that is one of the most important things for a wedding, and she was worth every penny without being too expensive.

She helped work with my budget too. The photos turned out beautifully, she knows how to capture the light and puts you at ease. She had a second shooter working my wedding which was nice to get different angles. She turned around the photos pretty fast, within a month, and you get to keep them all, which I like. I will definitely use her again for family pics, maybe even a boudoir shoot!

I needed a photographer for a large reception at the La Jolla Beach & Tennis Club and the club referred Maryanne McGuire. She was absolutely great to work with. Maryanne was very graceful working through the crowd of 100+. She shot the candids and posed shots I need and even helped manage the timing of the reception. One of the best photographer I have ever used!

We couldn't be happier with the photos of our wedding thanks to Maryanne. She did an incredible job taking the most amazing photos, getting classic poses while still capturing our personalities. She did both our engagement and wedding photos and we were so thrilled to have a photographer who listened to what we wanted while coming up with fantastic poses of her own. Maryanne's photos are unique; they look like they belong in an art gallery. People who come to our home always ask about the large wedding photo in the livingroom because it looks more like art than a typical wedding picture. She worked so hard on my wedding day and everyone loved her so much, they did whatever she asked them to do. (not so easy with my family!). I'm 6 months pregnant now, and knowing how much I love my wedding photos, my husband surprised me with a session with Maryanne.

I wasn't crazy about the idea but I didn't want to dissapoint him, so I did it. I just got the pictures back and they are beautiful in ways I really can't describe. I'm so glad that we spent the money. Some events in life are so important; you can trust Maryanne with them.
