Studio B not only rocked my headshots as a 50 year old lady feeling very self conscious but they made me feel very comfortable and relaxed in their setting. Studio B was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. Brooke was incredibly personable and her professional but cheerful attitude helped make my family portrait session more comfortable. From the session, to the presentation, to the final delivery of the portraits, can't say enough how easy it was communicating with the team! Everything about this experience was smooth, efficient and professional. The communication before and after the session was excellent. The session itself was quick and painless, which is saying a lot for someone not used to be in front of the camera. My son took his Senior photos at Studio B. The experience was top notch from beginning to end. He had a nice makeover session prior to the photo session. He had 4 wardrobe changes with photos taken in various outdoor and indoor settings. His photographer kept things fun and kept him smiling the whole time. The photos turned out great! It was really hard to narrow it down and we decided on a photo album with 40 of our favorites!

The photo album was made beautifully and will be treasured for years to come. We are very pleased with the quality of the product as well as the customer service. We look forward to return to Studio B in the future! Thank you!

I highly recommend going to Studio B Portraits in Issaquah for Senior pictures, family pictures etc! The team did an amazing job on my senior pictures this year and I was amazed when I received my portraits back! Everthing was professionally done. Brooke, Erin and the Studio B team are remarkable. Studio B has captured over 10 years of memories for my family and business for family portraits, business headshots, group business shots and senior portraits for my son. Everyone is so incredibly friendly. Brooke, the photographer is so creative with ideas for back drops, wardrobe, colors, etc. she's able to engage her subjects and capture natural poses Plus, her sense of humor makes the shoots so fun!

The quality of the photos is beautiful! I highly recommend Studio B and I look forward to capturing more memories with them. Bonus: the studio is absolutely gorgeous. There's a celebrity-like dressing room for wardrobe changed or do make up and hair. They provide a service to do hair and make up in their studio (great for guys too). Also, the packaging that the final pictures/frames come in is exquisite. Very timely from making first appointment, to doing the shoot, to reviewing and ordering proofs and receiving final products. Every detail is perfection.

Nothing but WOW! Studio B has created magic for my senior portraits. The whole process makes you feel like an A list model. Scheduling, shooting, previewing, EVERYTHING was a breeze from the start to finish. The talent that they contain is unmatchable! Going into my shoot I felt nervous about how I was going to look in my pictures, but Brooke and her team make you feel like your most beautiful self. My jaw was on the floor seeing the photos they captured! Studio B does not lie when they say it's "you on your best day"!

I am a person who hates getting her picture taken, and usually dislikes the way they come out. The tl;dr for the rest of this is that Studio B made me both enjoy the experience of taking photos AND love the pictures that resulted from the session! Making an appointment was super easy - I filled out their online contact form and received a call the next day, in which I got all my initial questions answered and an offer to help with styling and wardrobe if I wanted it. Makayla was my photographer, and she's such a genuine sweetheart.

We started with her asking me questions about myself, what I wanted to convey with my photos, and why I wanted head shots in the first place. There's a beautiful little park in downtown Issaquah we went to for outdoor photos; we also took some in front of the studio and inside. We chatted throughout the session like old friends! I instantly relaxed and felt super comfortable throughout the session, and Makayla gave me great directions to get the best poses and angles.

I received the digital gallery to make my selections within a few days and I was blown away by the quality of the photos, even before any retouching! Again, I'm a person who dislikes most photos of me, but I liked every single one of these pictures and had SUCH a hard time making my top pics for ordering. I feel like Makayla really captured my personality and style in the pictures and they are ones I will be so proud to put on my professional social networks and sharing before talks and events! I had an awesome experience. I used to do portraits and photography myself and already knew they would do awesome shots but as someone used to being behind the camera, I didn't expect to be made so comfortable in front of it! My headshots turned out amazing!

Had a great experience with Studio B and Brooke. We hired Studio B for corporate headshots of our team, including an executive. Arrangements were easy and well-organized. It was important that the shots follow our brand guidelines and Brooke knew just what to do to ensure the photos were on-brand. Few people like to have their photo taken, but Brooke put everyone at ease. As we've started using our photos internally and externally, we've received lots of compliments. I highly recommend Studio B.

For 13 years I've had to occasionally take head shots for business, an experience that I never looked forward to. Thankfully that changed when I went to see Brooke at Studio B! We started off with a quick conversation about why I have not liked my photos in the past and what sort of image I was hoping to portray. We then took a few outside shots and shots in her studio. Brooke made it fun, she even had an assistant there who made sure my necklace was straight, my hair was in the right place, etc.

The whole experience took about 45 minutes and the next day I got my photos to review. never have I loved so many photos! It was actually hard choosing which has never happened before. I love them, thanks Brooke and Team!

Studio B is everything anyone could possibly ask for when getting their photo taken. Getting head shots is not something I love doing, and the Studio B team makes it an easy process. Brooke is fun, energetic, and creative! She knows the right angles to photograph you so you truly look like you on your best day. Erin is easy going, professional, and truly kind. Robert is hilarious, easy to talk to, and an excellent distraction when you need it.

I have had photos done twice with Brooke! She is amazing, talented and fun! She makes you comfortable and captures the very best of you In a unique and artistic way and setting. Having photos taken for your business and website that'll will be used for years can be a very nerve racking process, and that can easily show through in the pictures. My brother and I were immediately at ease here and knew we were in confident, professional hands. Amazingly funny! Whole process was easy and fun, and we were both genuinely happy and laughing in the photos which can't be faked.

Brooke is incredible! Yep, I'm one of those people who detest getting their pictures taken. Brooke puts you at ease and even made the experience fun. Most importantly I really like the photos and had a few really good options to choose from. I also think her prices are reasonable, especially given the high quality of her work.

I have a son who is a senior. Boys + Photo Shoot = crazy making mom Brooke did an AMAZING job at putting my son at ease during his photo shoot. Quite frankly, I think he actually really enjoyed his time with Brooke & her fun/talkative male assistant. THEN, we saw the photos! Wow! Seriously, Brooke has an eye for GREAT photography. The photos speak for themselves. You get what you pay for. If you want out of this world, professionally done, magazine print quality photos--then Studio B Portraits is your place. If you wanna go to the Issaquah train depot or the water front and have a friend take pics because it's cheaper, then do it. But I guarantee you that you will WISH you would have gone to Studio B.

Studio B rocks! Everything about working with them was great. Tried them out for my business head shots and loved them! Brooke is great to work with so I definitely wanted her referral for a wedding photographer. As luck would have it, Studio B offered (they are just launching Weddings By Studio B). I was extra excited that they were able to shoot my wedding (the photos were everything a girl could dream of) I feel very lucky to have found Studio B!

On a side note: I have never liked getting photos done. I always felt uncomfortable and shy in front of the camera, now I WANT more reasons to get photos done! Highly recommended even for the shy types :)

Hands down, Brooke is top notch.

I had seen some of Brooke's work from friends. But had to do my research! I looked at approx 10 other high rated photogs in San Fran and SEA. I was looking for a business "head shot". I was very surprised - I looked at the other 10 head shot galleries, saving Brooke's for last. It was a 3-4x step change in quality. So I booked- went in at 10:30 AM, had my gallery back by 5 that day. Made my decision the next morning and has final that afternoon.

What do I mean by quality - she catches you as you like I did not see to nearly the degree as other shots - she shoots many angles and you get comfortable to be yourself, after 3 minutes I was relaxed and not a Cheshire Cat - she is very thorough up front on what you want to use the photo for-and uses that extensively when taking the shots - she's not heavy handed-if you want a "Glamour Shot" I wouldn't say don't go to her-I just told her that was what I DID NOT want (fans blowing and all).

I wanted me and that was the product I received! Personally I'm turned off by the overly photoshopped not a single wrinkle, blemish etc. I told her that and she is an artist-truly, at decision making in that regard ( but she did have a great canvas to work from ha ha ha!). Brooke was GREAT to work with! Never having done a portrait session in my life, I was very intimidated by the process. But I was put at ease pretty quickly. I chose an enhanced business package (step up from a head-shot package) which included 4 outfit changes. I was given ample space to change clothes, and Brooke made me feel relaxed the entire time.

In fact, I wasn't even aware she was taking pictures some of the time! We did both studio and outside shots. I had plenty to choose from, and feel that the value received was well worth what was paid.

The first time I saw the portraits on Studio B website, I knew immediately that Brooke was the long-sought-after photographer for my family portraits. The photos taken by Brooke are amazing, colorful and vibrant, capturing the essence of family ever so beautifully and naturally. Our relatives, friends and visitors have all complimented and raved about our family portraits which Brooke and her staff have masterfully created for our home. Brooke's gift and talent are a given.

But it was her warmth and professionalism--from our photo session to portrait selection to our subsequent interactions with customer service--as well as her valuable and insightful advice and suggestions that separate her from the rest of her peers. My wife and I never once felt pressured to do anything we did not want to. Working with Brooke was like working with a family member.

There are many talented photographers but I suspect not all possess that special something that is beyond instincts and creativity. Looking back at our family photo session at Studio B, I recall my wife and I were pleasantly surprised by how quickly our three young boys opened up to Brooke. At the end of our photo session, our 2-yr old son walked over to give Brooke a hug. We knew then that Brooke was special. You will know what I mean once you experience it through your own eyes!
