I was born and raised in Brevard, NC and I grew up hiking, fishing and exploring the mountains of WNC. I thought about a career in Forestry but a chance meeting with a Hollywood cameraman deep in the wilderness of Montana 22 years ago started my training in the photo arts. I returned to Montana and schooled and worked under some legendary photographers.
