This has to be the worst US Bank location ever. Don't go to the drive thru, they won't say hello or acknowledge that you are even there until they process your request and are finished. They leave you sitting out there wondering if anyone is even there. Other times they will let you sit awhile wondering and then tell you they will be right with you, there are a couple people ahead of you. I thought that the drive thru line and lobby line were two different lines. Very frustrating to say the least. Think I will start going to a different branch.
