The Anxiety and Depression Association of America (ADAA) had the pleasure of working with Photography G during our 2022 annual professional conference in Denver this March. It was our first time working with Garrett and Kellie and we absolutely loved our collaboration. From photos of our invited speakers, networking events, research poster sessions and our "headshot booth, " Garrett and Kellie were fantastic. Professional, flexible regarding our schedule and needs, wonderful with all of our attendees, Garrett and Kellie hit it out of the ballpark.

My daughter was married July 4, 2021, and Garrett and Kelly were our photographers. The photos were exquisite. They took 100s of shots. The Bridal portraits were stunning and taken in a mountain park where we walked from setting to setting for beautiful scenic photos with the bride. Garrett loves to try fun, exciting photos that capture the bride's personality among beautiful scenery.
I loved the way the photos were categorized on the website. The reception photos were so fun! I can look back at them and relive the whole experience. It was a blast and Garrett captured it, as well as the solemn moments that he captured in the ceremony. If you want a life long of memorable moments captured on film for you or your daughter's wedding have Photography G take the wedding photos!

Garrett and Kellie are absolutely amazing! They are a great team. We used them for our engagement and our wedding photos. They all turned out beautiful. Garrett is very responsive to his emails and will give you his honest opinion. Him and Kellie are on top of it all. We did a first look and they were great at coordinating us around the hotel so we didn't see each other in passing.
They were very flexible with our timeframes and made sure we were able to get all the photos we wanted. The day goes so fast, and looking back at the pictures helps relive the day. Absolutely recommend Photography G for all things wedding!

When we learned our beloved sheltie, Thor, had cancer, I knew there was something we had to do. We booked an appointment with Garrett of Photography G for a family portrait in the park he and his brother so loved. Garrett captured his spirit in images. Thor passed 4 months later. Garrett gave us lasting memories in imagery of him playing and running with his brother, sitting in our laps gazing at us in his adoring way, and reminding us of the best 8 years ever!

We first met G during a destination planning trip to Colorado. We were living in Chicago and planning our wedding in Colorado, so we lined up a million venues, catering companies, DJ's and photographers to meet during our whirlwind planning trip. This was in 2005. It's safe to say we hit it off right away with G - which, after meeting a few other photographers - we knew the personal connection to your wedding photographer was gonna be super important.
Not to mention it was a destination wedding so we needed reliable, confident, professional partners. we weren't there to manage or help the day to day details leading up to the wedding. For us it's was his chill demeanor, subtle humor and obvious passion for photography and our wedding that made it a VERY easy choice for us. Our wedding day in 2006 was perfect. G perfectly managed our "first look" photos, a gondola ride to the top of Keystone, every imaginable photo combination, the reception, cake cutting, toasts and all the behind the scenes moments only the very best wedding photographer can capture.
We both didn't know he was there capturing the moments, but also he was very much there to wrangle the troops and focus the wedding party. Not easy. For G it seemed effortless. Next came 2009 when we were expecting twins. We took our babymoon back to Keystone where we got married 3 years earlier. A quick call to G to see if he could take our baby bump photos and he didn't hesitate for a minute.
We swung through Denver for an afternoon and he captured the most beautiful and intimate photos during this incredibly exciting time as first time expecting parents of twins. Enter 2013 - a family trip back to Colorado to escape the summer heat of Texas (where we moved right after our wedding). The mountains were calling, so we packed up the car and headed to Keystone and, of course, called G to see if he could catch up with some family photos and meet the girls!
This time G met us back in Keystone and let us play and pose around Keystone and Breck for some amazing mountain moments. And here we are in 2020. Quick math - that's 15 years of a relationship with your wedding photographer. The pandemic hit, we all started working and "schooling" from home. The girls are in 5th grade and we're going stir crazy with zoom calls and e-learning and 2 working parents and a puppy. so, we packed up our car to safety travel and socially distance for a 2 week breather in the mountains - our happy place. Again, a quick email to G and he says YUP!
I'll meet you there. And, with that, we spent the most amazing afternoon with G, again capturing moments we never want to forget. In the midst of a global pandemic and no part of life that's "normal", we still got to imprint this time, in a place we all love, with a personal friend who's followed our journey since 2005. Let me first start off by saying I could not have found a better photographer in the Denver Area. We just recently moved here and had to rely upon yelp to find a photographer to capture our engagement. I was so lucky to reach out to Kellie, she was very responsive and prompt when it came to communication. We discussed ideas and locations and decided on the perfect spot.
Leading up to the event she was very discreet and we were able to pull of a beautiful engagement that me and my fiance will never forget. When it came to the day of, I had nothing to worry about and most importantly the pictures were breathtaking! After the event, they were very professional and respectful of our space and still managed to capture wonderful memories. I could not have been more impressed with Photography G. BOOK THEM!

I did a pro/headshot session with Garrett a few years back and I felt he was really able to capture my essence. He had great energy. I felt very comfortable and well directed so that he was able to pull the "authentic me" out of our shoot. Had no idea what a rare skill that is, until I tried finding it again. I really miss working with him since we are no longer in the same city! Highly recommend!

Photography G is the best! Garrett Hacking and his associate Kellie did a wonderful job at our daughter's wedding. Their work is exceptional. Since the wedding was at Red Rocks, we wanted to make sure that they captured the natural beauty of this place. We were not disappointed. The venue was stunning and it showed in the photographs. It's amazing how Garrett and Kellie included so many unique moments.
Our daughter and her husband felt so at ease throughout the day. Garrett consulted with them ahead of time and responded quickly when they had questions. Investing in Garrett (Photography G) as our wedding photographer was hands down the best money we spent on the whole wedding! As promised, I barely noticed he was there during the event, but when we got the pictures back, we could see he had been everywhere! He was a fantastic coach for my now husband and me; he captured all of the important moments and then some.
Even our "posed" pictures looked natural and candid. We felt so comfortable with Garrett and it showed. Our guests even commented on how great they thought he was! From the very start, I was convinced that Garrett is a professional. Wedding photography is not his hobby; he is a true artist with an eye and a vision. The way that he prints and displays the photos, which he'll detail and show you during your first visit with him, clearly demonstrates his commitment to his work as an art form.

Garrett is absolutely wonderful! Aside from being a genuinely good person, he's also a genuinely good photographer who loves his craft. I knew I was in good hands with him - with his fun, caring and professional demeanor. He went out of his way to satisfy me as a customer. Garrett knows how to make anyone feel comfortable - which is perhaps the biggest secret to great photography. Thanks to Garrett, an otherwise non-photogenic person (ME!) now has an awesome set of professional portraits.

Our inconsistent and outdated company staff photos needed some sprucing up and the task of finding a photographer willing to trek to Chautauqua and come within our non-profit budgetary needs seemed daunting. We found Garrett via a glowing recommendation and we could not be happier with the results. He was great with all of our camera-shy staffers and the pictures turned out fabulous. Such a great deal for fantastic work!
