Miller Bill Photography

I have made several attempts to resolve the issue of not receiving my daughter's school photos for this year. I emailed them concerning the issue and was responded to that they had sent them and that I had received them. I again emailed them with a copy of the packing list which shows that they were not sent but had received a single photo of a child from another school. They haven't responded to that email or any phone calls. I WILL BE NO LONGER USING THEIR SERVICE.

I've always been a fan of Bill Miller photo from the time I was in school to now my son is in school amazing amazing people doing great jobs

For the past 2 years, we have been ordering our school photos through Bill Miller Photographers. They have shipped fast, and look great! I love the variety of packages offered.

Bill Miller has horrible customer service. Our prints last year were printed off center and to rectify it, they offered a discount on additional prints. This year, our photos were out of focus. I called to see if this was just an issue in printing and they were not apologetic at all. very unprofessional.

Extremely expensive for only fair school pictures. They are trying to overcharge me for non-payment, but they have yet to submit my payment for remittance and I have 2 back-ups to cover my payment method so no excuses.

Very quick delivery and was able to add the pic to My mother's gift for Mother's Day! Very good quality as well. Thank you!

My son's teacher mistakenly forgot my son on Kindergarten cap and gown picture day. The Teacher informed me of the mistake. I was so upset. The photographer already left the school and made it home. I contacted Bill Miller and explained what happened. The young lady contacted the photographer and explained what happened also. He decided to come back to the school and setup just for my son.

That was the most generous and kind thing he did for me and my son. I was in tears of joy, not sadness. They understand how important and precious pictures are to people. THANKS

Omg.two times in a row! My son looks like he was told to just stand there and not to smile with his arms folded. Horrible! Will not ever purchase pictures from this company. No passion behind the work!

There was a problem between what I ordered and what I received. Instead of arguing and the laying of blame, the Bill Miller Photographers just (very nicely, may I add) offered to fix the issue in a prompt and courteous manner. I am very grateful and I look forward to getting the correct photographs. If the correct photographs are a nice as the wrong ones that I received, I will be well pleased.

Overall NOT happy with this company customer service. Proofs of Fall photos looked great Ordered paid cash still haven't received them! Dressed child in Christmas sweater for Holiday pics photographer had him use a prop that covered design 17 day delay in receiving Christmas cards after pics arrived and the cards are completely covered with a design on back no place to sign or write message I am very unhappy not to be able to actually use them as Christmas cards Person I dealt with on phone was extremely rude when asked about the delay in receiving photos
