DCI Photography

Placed a order at the end of April. At the end of May I emailed to ask where it was. They told me that it had been delivered to the league. My tracking from DCI says that it has not even shipped. I emailed them again telling them that the league said that they only received sponsor photographs. No response to my second email. Did charge my credit card though. Horrible customer service. Can't be bothered to respond to my second email. We've ordered pictures from this company every year for about the past eight years but they wanna treat you like you're lying and trying to get something for free. Youngest son is about to start Little League and I can guarantee you I will never order from DCI again.

Typical customer service a la 2022. We already have your money so we're not responding to you. I realize most parents will order these pictures for their kids going forward, but I will be advising everyone involved in Paradise Valley Little League not to order the pictures. You may or may not receive the photos you paid for and if you didn't nobody's going to respond to you anyway. Just take your own photos. I will be disputing with my CC as well.

Amber was really helpful when we were trying to sort out what pictures I wanted of my family. She's even willing to go out of her way to make it right. Last week when I emailed DCI, I received a speedy response within an hour. I really appreciate their customer service and definitely will be utilizing their services later on. They take great photos and are very patient. We had a whole T-Ball team needing photos done and the photographer was great with all the players. Thanks again DCI!

They seem to have the market on the majority of sports photo packages here in Henderon, NV. A little pricy for what you get.

Terrible pictures from Summerlin South Little League baseball team. It's really below any standards. The package is wrong- Got my sons single photo, but team photo is NOT EVEN HIS TEAM! He was on Junior Black, we received NY Yankees. Will never order again!

The photos received from Spring Valley Little League were complete garbage. The final product that they put out was horrendous. I can't believe they would actually be ok giving these photos out to their customers. My 8 year old can take better pictures on his phone, not too mention he has a better concept of ISO and Aperture. The photographers took no time to consider lighting or shadows, but thought it would be a great idea to fix the photos later and over expose all of them.

I have three boys on three separate teams and not one semi decent photo. The exposure was so bad you can't even see the team name on the jersey. NEVER AGAIN. A complete embarrassment as a coach and to this league to use this company for little league memories! Shame on you Spring Valley Little League for using this company again after so many complaints last season. No wonder registration is at an all time low.

Randy and staff always do an amazing job and that's why they are the go-to for so many sports leagues in the valley.

Very helpful with helping me get old films on DVDS. Will update when I get finished product.

Should even get one star, the photographer was rude, couldnt even get decent pics of the kids, he couldnt even get them to sit still.
