Doug was our engagement shoot photographer, and I'm so happy we went with him. He is really good about directing me with my poses and getting the right angles. Sometimes my posture was too stiff or awkward, and Doug would let me know how to fix it. Doug came up with some unique poses, and at first I questioned them, but when I saw them afterwards I really liked them. Doug is very professional, I emailed Doug a bunch of inspiration photos, and he was very responsive to each one and understood the direction I was going for.

At the end of the day, Doug nailed the aesthetic I was going for and the photos came out so beautifully, and he gave us back the edited photos so quickly. He did such an amazing job. Only problem is he did TOO GOOD of a job, I'm having trouble narrowing down a photo for "save the date" cards and wall art for our place, there's just too many great options.

Doug and Jason are wonderful! My husband and I loved our engagement and wedding photos with them so much! Completely professional and made the photoshoot fun and comfortable. Just recently we even had Doug do our maternity photos and they turned out beautifully. Even though they were taken during Covid, he had a mask on the whole time and took every precaution to make sure that we were able to still take beautiful photos while staying socially distant from others. Overall Communication with Doug has always been prompt and delivery of the photos very fast! We highly recommend them for any photoshoot occasion!

Amazing team of photographers. Doug is great at making you feel super comfortable and makes the whole process go very quickly and effortlessly. We took family photos and he impressed us by having his own light and cheery attitude. The photos were beautiful and it was difficult to pick our favorite. I would definitely have them take our family and special event photos in the future!

Doug and Jason are just great! They are very professional, easy to work with and get beautiful photos with ease. I don't feel comfortable posing for pictures but Doug is great at helping to guide us to get great shots. If there are any types of pictures you have in mind, he will always work to get what you are looking for. They are also quick with editing and really provide excellent customer service. I highly recommend them for any of your events! We have used them for engagement and family photos and have rented out their photo booth.

We booked Furious Photographers for our wedding and their photo booth services. From the beginning, Doug was so friendly and was readily available for meetings. During the initial meeting, he let us look through albums and answered all our questions. Throughout our planning year, he quickly replied back to emails and had great ideas for photo locations.

For our engagement photo shoots, Doug was willing to go to multiple locations and braved the early start time and elements. He made us laugh and was willing to take pictures of us goofing off. :) We had so many pictures to pick from and they all looked amazing! It's always a great time hanging out with Doug. Fast forward to the wedding day- Doug and Jay showed up on time and dressed for a wedding!

They took many photos of our preparation, tea ceremonies, portraits/ first look at Pasadena City Hall, and our wedding ceremony/ reception at Noor. Doug went above and beyond that day as he helped the groomsmen put on their boutonnieres and made a spiffy looking pocket square for my now-husband. Doug was super efficient and accommodating with our requests.

Our bridal party felt at ease and we all had a great time! When it came time for family portraits, Doug spoke in Cantonese for our non- English speaking family members! He and Jay busted out awesome portable lights for the portraits and they were a hit with our guests. At the reception, the photo booth was so much fun! They had so many cool props that we haven't seen at other weddings.

As we sit here looking through the finished photos, we are reliving our best day ever! The pictures arrived so quickly and they turned out great! Doug and his team really captured the love and memories that were created that day. We truly hope to work with him again in the future for other life celebrations! Thanks Doug! :)

Doug is a consummate professional who is the most prepared person I've ever seen. We were interested to meet Doug after he captured my cousin's wedding and engagement shoot. He took the time during our first conversation to understand our vision and confirm he could execute what we wanted. That's an underrated aspect - many other people would simply accept a job even if there were potential "fit" issues just to get paid. However, Doug was very honest, and after a nice chat that touched on various aspects of the engagement and the wedding, we were able to confirm we were all on the same page.

His style, if I were to put it, really hues towards high Fashion style. Think Annie Leibovitz-like. We were first wowed by Doug during that initial meeting - we discussed various places to shoot our engagement photos, and hit upon Big Sur, CA. Despite being several hours away from Los Angeles, Doug was truly energized by the idea. He encouraged us to embrace our vision in its entirety, and not let some distance get in the way.

He made the drive up separately and when we started our photo shoot at 5 am in 45 degree weather, his warm smile and dry humor kept our spirits up throughout a long day. Come the day of our wedding, Doug again showed off his exemplary skills and preparation by having an emergency kit to help clean stains, clear wrinkles in the dress, and even sewing materials for a loose button. Balancing patience, cheer, and speed, he and his assistant whisked around between the various venue areas and groups, capturing all the moments big and small.

We can never express our gratitude enough for what Doug has done for us. And the best part of all: As great a photographer he is, he's an even better person. Thank you Doug!

I got married in April this year and my experience with Doug and Jason was so great! They made all of us feel so at ease and I knew that I was in good hands! Doug did our engagement photos months back and we LOVED them! Doug and Jason are so accommodating, they help you feel less awkward or nervous, and they will re-adjust you if they think you should be posing a different way or in a different area.

They know all the right angles, all the right locations, and they are just such great people and fantastic photographers! We love our wedding photos and Doug sends them to you really quickly which is awesome! They're a great team with a lot of experience and great rapport! Everyone at our wedding loved them and so did we!

This review is long over due, I got married in 2016. Doug and Jason did both my engagement and wedding photos. The photos were absolutely stunning. They were very professional in answering all of my questions during the quoting process, I would definitely recommend the photography services here.

Doug did our photobooth for our wedding in La Jolla. It came out really really nice. All the guests and the kids enjoyed it very much. He had a lot of cool props. Then I noticed the kids took his props on the dance floor and were dancing in the shark and unicorn heads lol. It was so cute and funny. The photobooth was a hit. We liked how guests can take the photos home as a souvenir and we get to keep the the album.

We really loved our album. He made a nice album for us with all the photos and drew cute artwork around the pictures for a personable touch. Doug was super organized with the booth and helpful with all the guests. The lighting from the photobooth came out really nice too and the photos were great quality. We also got a link to all the photos to share with family and friends, and it was really easy to download. Highly recommend him. Thank you Doug!

Wow, my fiance and I are so grateful we found Doug as our photographer. He is very reliable, friendly, and professional. Everything we can ask for in a photographer is exemplified by Doug. I mentioned to Doug one time that he should change his company's name to OnTheFloorPhotographers because that is literally what he will do for you to get a great shot.

Doug is the BEST! He shot our engagement photos, our wedding and shortly after our maternity photos! We love doug so much. I would recommend Furious Photographers (Doug & Jason) to anyone for any occasion. We initially met Doug & Jason at our friends destination wedding in Sonoma, CA. They did both their engagement photoshoot in NYC as well as their wedding in Sonoma. The photos came out AMAZING! We fell in love with their style and wanted them to shoot our wedding as well!

Our wedding was also a destination wedding, held in Negril, Jamaica. To book both Doug and Jason we paid for their flights, hotel, food, baggage fees, transportation, etc, but not for their time or photoshoots. They both love to travel and they saw this as an opportunity to explore a new place. We are beyond thankful that they were able to photograph our wedding and not charge us a fortune.

I had a few occasions I needed them to shoot during their stay in Jamaica. They were present, extremely professional, and super friendly for the following events: welcome dinner/party, catamaran cruise, rehearsal dinner, the wedding, and a farewell brunch. Needless to say, all of the photos came out stunning and I had to buy 25 photo frames for all the amazing photos they took and currently have no more wall space left in my house. We loved having them at our wedding/events and hope they had blast in Jamaica!

Getting married? wanna take family pictures? wanna take pictures just for the heck of it? i totally recommend furious photographers! doug and jason are like batman and robin. they are totally the dynamic duo! i was super nervous for our engagement shoot and didn't know what to expect. however doug and jason just made me feel at ease during the shoot. i have trouble smiling with teeth for the longest time in pictures. and doug would make me laugh so that he's able to capture those pictures that are most genuine. he's super patient and willing to do what it takes to capture those wonderful shots! the funny thing is there was that anticipation of not knowing what the pictures will look like because as they tell you to stand somewhere or pose a certain way. often times i couldn't help but be like this is weird. but trust them! the pictures turn out amazingly! totally makes me feel bad for even second guessing their creativity. they are good at what they do. so just roll with it! they will meet with you. doug would recommend you to speak to a few photographers first so you'll truly figure out what you like. they will show you their work. you can tell them what your wants and needs are and they'll customize a package that works for you. they've been in the field for awhile now and they come with lots of tips even on the wedding day. my now hubby was missing a tie clip and doug let him borrow it all day. my wedding dress belt was too long and doug used his handy pocket knife and chopped it off for me. i wouldn't know what i would do without them! where else can you find life savers like that?!? only here! are you not from the LA or OC area? no problem! they're willing to travel! super easy to work with. very friendly and makes you feel very comfortable. 2 thumbs up! i highly recommend them!

Doug and Jason are FANTASTIC! They not only take amazing photos, but respond to emails quickly, arrive on time and are super easy to work with. We wanted engagement and wedding photos that were unique and more magazine style, and these two definitely delivered. We came with some ideas for shots we wanted to take, and these two took our ideas to the next level. We've gotten so many compliments on both our engagement and wedding photos, and our wedding party LOVED working with them.
