Our WAA organization has worked with PMI for over 25 years. They are some of the nicest people I have met and their company is very professional and does a fantastic job. We get picture companies contacting us all the time to try their company. We never give it a thought!

Our organization has been extremely pleased with PMI for the several years of partnership we have with them. Each year, we cycle over 900 players through an all day picture session seamlessly. Highly recommend the PMI team to all groups. They are the best.

They were so organized and they were able to get our 22 teams in and out! We even had one of our teams have a game and they were in and out in 15 minutes. It was so organized and so efficient. We will be using them again. Also very affordable! It's hard to find a company that's affordable and they truly are!

The photographers that came to our studio were amazing. They talked to the 2 year olds at their level, kept everyone smiling, and were super flexible with adjustments to the schedule. When the older girls came in they worked with their movement shots and let them approve them before moving on.

The staff was fabulous! They knew exactly what was needed and made sure all the kids were lined up by team at the right time for their photos. Everything ran very smoothly. I look forward to working with PMI in the future.

Our Picture Day photographers were great! They were friendly and so good with all the kids. The weather was less than ideal, but they were professional the entire time as we got all the pictures done outdoors in the cold!

PMI is a great company. Extremely organized from the moment you decide to have them at your event. The staff is extremely friendly and runs a great picture day. I highly recommend using PMI for your photo needs.

The PMI team was amazing. They covered the basics easily, like being on time and professional. What really blew my mind was when things didn't go according to plan (not their fault - it was a school district thing), they stayed positive, helpful and good natured. They ran the shoot so smoothly that I hardly had to do anything at all. They were great with the kids and super organized. I can't imagine how the experience could have possibly been any better!

PMI staff is very profesional. The process from start to end is very appropriate and non disruptive. The team arrive on time and adjusted to a last minute situation that delayed their set up. They made up the time and we were able to finish on schedule. The photographer and the assistant were on the same page and the whole shot went really smooth. Both were really helpful and courteous. We will keep going to PMI for our picture days!

PMI Photography was wonderful to work with to coordinate picture day for the soccer organization with whom I volunteer. Jan and Katie were incredibly helpful with figuring out the best schedule for our teams. They were also very flexible when we realized we needed to switch locations. The day of photos, the team arrived on time and set up efficiently and quickly.

There were plenty of photographers to ensure teams were in and out as quickly as possible and the schedule went as planned. The head photographer, Ethan, was also great. He was organized, personable and attentive to all of our questions and concerns.

Terrible customer service. Not responsive to phone or email. After several attempts to locate photos of my son, they sent me photos of the wrong child, and then claimed that they did not take photos of my son's team. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

We used this company for a youth sports program in 2019. The agreement was that since we are a non for profit, we receive a certain % of sales back as a contribution. Our photos were taken in September and come Feb of 2020 we still don't have the reimbursement. We have reached out countless times to our rep (who was beyond fantastic) multiple times.

We were informed the owner was not responsive to our inquiries and has a hard time finding the time to get back to clients. I find it hard to believe in four months he couldn't take five minutes to write the check or call/email us back. We will not be using them ever again.
