I have used Shoot The Moon throughout the years for family photos, my son's senior pictures and several of my work-related headshots. The uniqueness and quality of their photos are unparalleled in our local market. I highly recommend using them for any and all of your photographic needs!

I recommend this full-service photography studio. Award winning, creative, professional, and fun! Joy and her team provides beautiful work, access to their creative studios and dressing room, loads of photography options including framed portraits, photo albums, holiday cards, and many more amazing photo accessories. Shoot the Moon puts you at ease the moment you walk in the door.

When it is time to make selections, they help enormously sorting through the many images they took during your session. You will instantly see that their work is unique yet classic at the same time. I have photos of my kids from Kindergarten through their Senior year. Shoot the Moon's beautiful work is some of my most cherished in my home. I look forward to my kid's next photography milestone, which I will book with Shoot the Moon.

We took our newborn daughter here for some professional pictures. Overall, the experience of the photography session was pleasant however the price point of the pictures was completely unacceptable. What made this even worse was that these prices are not advertised anywhere on their website and only presented AFTER the phot shoot takes place. Out of all the photos taken, just three digital images cost $685.

And the prices get far more ridiculous from there, up to $3350 for ONE canvas cluster of photos. Now, I have no problem with a company charging whatever they decide to charge for their service and products, but the fact that they don't disclose this until after you pay for the photo shoot earns them one star. To their credit, STMP did try to appease us after we voiced this complaint and reluctantly paid for 3 images by throwing in a fourth image "for free." However $700 for four digital pictures is still unacceptably high.

If you want a short photo session and want to pay as much as you would a wedding photographer for a full day of work and travel, this is your company. If you want to stress out about outrageously overpaying for images of your newborn that you can't get back, again, this is your company. I'd recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Joy has been taking photos of our kids and family almost yearly for 13 years. We do something a little bit different every time, and she always makes us look fantastic! We use the photos on our walls at home and for our annual holiday card. People often tell me how much they love our card, and that they look forward to it every year. The years that we used the postcard format for the card, friends would tell me that they mistook the card for a high end marketing flyer in their mail stack. Thanks Joy for making us feel special and look great!

So happy we decided on Shoot the Moon for Madeline's senior pictures! From the mini shoot to the full photo shoot, I have been so pleased with everything! Melissa and Angie were very helpful and professional.from makeup tips to outfit suggestions as well as the setting for the different photos we/they wanted to capture. They really took the time to get to know her as well which made for some beautiful shots! So, so happy and cannot wait to see the finished products. I know they will be amazing

Four years ago my oldest had her senior mini shoot and senior portraits done at Shoot the Moon. Today my youngest had his senior mini shoot. Again, a great experience! I can't wait to share the pictures with my friends and family and am looking forward to the full shoot in May.

My kids typically do not like to get their pictures taken, but Joy has an uncanny ability to make them feel relaxed which in turn produces great photos. My son even remarked how quickly the time went and thanked me for hiring Joy to do his senior picture - now that is a testament to how she makes her clients feel at ease! If you are considering Shoot The Moon - don't hesitate to hire them!

Our family has used Shoot the Moon Photography for many years. Everything about our experiences with them has been spectacular. As empty-Nesters now, we are particularly thankful that we have "documented" our family in photographs throughout the years. I can think of no better way to decorate our walls or relive those precious years. We are so fortunate to have a studio of this caliber in our community.
