This company seems to have a monopoly over the services of this nature in the area.and I'm glad! They're great. Simple, solid service. Well priced yearbooks, class pictures, etc.

From making the appt to taking the pics, it was fast and easy.

I am the secretary of an elementary school in Cudahy, WI. We've been using School and Sports Pics for a few years and have always had wonderful service and support. Their staff has always been professional and fun to work with making the process on picture day so easy. When there are glitches, our reps do whatever they can to fix the problem, without hesitation, no questions asked. If you are shopping for a photography company for your school, athletic team etc, I can not recommend them highly enough!

One year my daughter's pictures were very red and I paid for them so I kindly asked them to reprint since I paid good money. The next year they failed to put my daughter's photo in the year book which couldn't be fixed so they just sent me a sticker. I also ordered her photos by mail but they never came. Paid $40 and 5 weeks later they still never sent them to me so I had to call again. When I called the lady answering the phone just blamed USPS. Come on. It's very clear they are just a very low quality, disorganized business. I do not recommended.

Had my kids baseball pictures taken the other day. Guy at the table was pretty rude. Assumed everyone knew where to go and what to do. One lady was a little late and he told her there was nothing they could do. He wouldn't even look at her while saying it. Just kept looking straight a head with a smirk on his face. If you're going to be having a bunch of little kids ( with an attention span of 5 minutes) stand around in the hot sun, should probably be more organized. I know my kids won't be getting pictures taken by these amateurs ever again.

We had this company for our high school pictures(9/5/19). After teaching at this high school for the past 14 years, yesterday we had the best person I've ever had. His name was Nicholas and he was very professional. He actually took his time with each of my students in my homeroom. He would tell them to move this way or that way and moved hair off/on their shoulders for a great picture. He really did a thorough job and I hope we have him here next year.

My daughters school pictures were done through School and Sport pics, not a fan. This is the 3rd year she has done pictures with them. Her face looks red, they never attempt to fix random hairs sticking out, I paid extra for her name/year to be on the photos and they are only did the larger photos not the wallet sizes. If I had a say in who we used I wouldn't use them.

Costumer service at its finest. For some reason my high school freshman didn't think we wanted to order pictures so he didn't share the information with us for us to order. I called School and sports Pics to see if they could rescue us since we didn't realize we never got a slip. They called back within 10 minutes and I received a link to order. In addition, I am missing the picture button from my son's 6th grade football season I asked the gentleman if they could help me out with this mom dilemma. Lol He was extremely attentive, understanding and helpful. AND HE CAN MAKE MY BUTTON from 3 seasons ago! Winner! Thank you very much

Second year in a row with total disappointment in the "professional quality" of the pictures. you are working with young kids. maybe send someone who will take 30 seconds to tell the kids to smile! my daughter said she was rushed through and just told to sit straight put her head here and snap. on her way, ready for the next kid.not what I am paying for.

I saw another post stating they are hard to get hold of. that is true! 2 voicemails, and one email. unanswered so far.waiting to see if they respond timely and professionally.then maybe my post will be adjusted.

I paid cash for my two kids school pictures. Instead of getting the pics I ordered in the mail, I get a flyer prompting me to purchase their pictures online. Confused, I call School pics and no one seems to answer the phone, I leave multiple voicemails. I followed up with an email, to which they respond to me with a question. I answer their question and then I hear nothing.

No conformation that they are even looking into this. I missed a call from them yesterday, I couldn't answer because I was at work and they didn't even leave me a voicemail. I am beyond irritated
