So I both my dslr. And thank you for the good accommodation from their staff. No need for dramas. Ask what you want for yourself and they will assist you. And don't hesitate to ask for discounts (wag Naman sobra).

They did not give me proper answers on my inquiries. Its a pain in the. dealing with them. To be fair, most other companies like Camerahaus and Henry's are the same. All staff poorly trained, not interested sincerely in customers. They just want to sell you what they have on stock. If you ask for something what they don't have, they don't answer you no more.

One of the few camera stores with many stocks of cameras but a low price. Less on a accessories though like filters or tripods. Better canvass first on other stores as Mang Ramon does not like you to leave and come back. 99% of the time he had the lowest price of all.

Great selection of digital cameras. They mostly sell DSLR's and are moving away from point-and-shoot and bridge cameras. Staff are trained well. Even the Filipino-Chinese owner is hands-on in dealing warmly with customers.

So thankful I didn't purchase for these guys They need to take a few classes in customer service. I simply asked if I could see the specs of a camera and some old man with white hair said, "if you want to test it out, go to the mall." I said, "Did I say I wanted to test it out? I just wanted to look at the specs." He continued to raise his voice. So I walked out.

If they don't want/need my cash, it's all good. No worries with me. I was still able to buy the same camera next door! To everyone thinking about purchasing a camera in Quiapo, Go to Orbit Photgraphic & Gen. Merchandise instead. Trust me. It made first experience and trip there so worth it. They have great customer service, asked every question I had and a pleasant atmosphere.

In other words, #goodvibes, haha. Their cameras are legit also. I registered my warranty with Canon PH as soon as I got home : I wanted to pass by Mayer Photo shop again with my new camera so bad, but I thought to myself, "it's not worth it." They'll figure it out how to run a business and live a peaceful life one day.
