Robin Allen captures the emotions and personalities of the families, children, and people she photographs. Her artistic eye through the lens sees more than just another photo shoot--she cares and arranges each one to reflect who the subject is/are at a very personal level. I've used Robin for newborn photos and recently on my daughter, who is now five. She is better than amazing! She has such an eye photography. I will continue to use her for all of my photography needs. You can't go wrong with Robin and I'm so thankful for her!

I cannot say enough fantastic things about Robin and her work! She is so incredibly talented and we are lucky to have her in Lexington. We treasure the photos she has taken for us even years later - they are priceless to us! Every gallery we have gotten from her has been one gorgeous image after another. Her studio is also beautiful and she makes you feel right at home.

You won't want to sit down though - you will want to watch her work her magic up close! She is so patient and gentle with the babies and really values your input and ideas. Writing a review almost 2 years late, but better late than never. Robin is really sweet, patient and professional. We had requested her services for a Pregnancy and post-delivery photo-shoot. We had a 10 day old baby and she was really understanding and patient about the needs of a newborn and the baby's mother. She has an awesome studio with all the props and lighting equipment.

She has lots of ideas on how we should click the pictures and the actual pictures turned out fantastic. We loved everything about our experience with her and the pictures turned out fantastic. I would highly recommend Robin.

Let's be honest, it's a little stressful getting your two toddlers, your newborn, and yourself picture perfect ready and out the door for a newborn shoot; but Robin did a stellar job calming our anxieties and making us feel at home in her studio. As a mom of three herself, she gets it and is a pro at working with kids. Nerves melted, I sat there teary-eyed with the site of our three precious blessings looking adorable and so naturally happy in front of her camera. My husband and I highly recommend!

Robin is your go-to photographer for newborns! She did such a great job with our baby. She was so patient and caring and made us feel really comfortable throughout the whole process. We loved the final photos we received from her as well.

Robin is great! She is so patient and calm with kids. She has an amazing eye for detail and really wants to make your photographs amazing! Her finished products are second to none and you will never find someone better to work with. We have several large portraits in our home and everyone that sees them compliments them. Robin photographed an event I hosted, and took some beautiful shots. She also makes unique collages that are a great gift for those big birthdays.

I had my first ever photo shoot today with Robin. I was a bit nervous at the beginning, but Robin made me feel at ease. She has a very calming and friendly demeanor. The process was super easy since she clearly told me what to do. She was very thoughtful about the details; like making sure my hair wasn't in my face. She experimented with having me face the camera in several different ways, but was also honest when something wouldn't work. She's clearly a professional and very comfortable with her equipment and the shoot process (ie, directing her subjects.).
