Kathryn is a true professional behind the camera and in her business concerns. We have hired her many times for photo shoots of our remodeling projects at Tracery Professional Builders, Inc. The photos always get rave comments, and have also been selected for publishing. She really goes the extra mile. She is clever with photographic tricks, very knowledgeable about staging, lighting and perspective, and takes her time to think through the best shot.

She even stood out in the pouring rain and shot through a window to get the best angle - seriously dedicated! I've not only learned a lot from her, I sincerely enjoy working with her - I've never had a bad experience personally or professionally in our dealings, and her assistant Augustina has been great to work with too - class acts all around.

Kathryn is a complete pleasure to work with, smart, articulate, service-oriented AND she takes fabulous photographs. I especially appreciate that she spends time before the shoot to understand my needs, the light, and the layout. Legwork ahead of time really saves time, and money, for the shoot itself. An all day shoot is draining but Kathryn keeps her professionalism, humor, and energy going for the duration. Her turn around was fast, too. I've worked with many pro photographers and Kathryn is just outstanding in her field, and such a pleasure as a collaborator.

Kathryn did our family photo shoot with 5 children and 6 adults, aged 6 months to 76 years, and she managed it all with good humor, flexibility, and lots of laughing all around! It takes a real professional to make everyone feel so comfortable, and she kept shooting while we were interacting naturally. Kathryn never made us feel constrained by time in any way, and the session just "flowed" very easily.

We ended up with literally dozens of great photos and had terrific choices when it came time to make prints. It was actually a fun family experience--we give Kathryn our heartiest recommendation!
