Wonderful customer service! Austin was extremely helpful with both sets of school pictures.

Could not open the digital image that was sent to my email after purchasing a package.

My child's school used Clix for school pictures and the process was good and the photographer was very nice. But they mailed me the wrong child's pictures twice now (two different kids). The first time they were very apologetic and accommodating but mentioned this had happened to other people. Edit: The studio has followed up apologetically and professional handled the issue.

The photos are printed off site and that seems to be where the issue is. I'm still concerned if my kid's pictures have been sent to strangers or if the wrong photos were printed and sent to me.

Very smooth covid-19 safe school pictures. Signed up for an appointment online and the kids were in and out in under 10 minutes

The only experience I've had with CLIX was for my daughter's school picture, but they turned out great! I had accidently printed my email address incorrectly on the form, and when I called about not getting the pictures they fixed the issue within minutes and were very kind about something that was obviously my mistake! Will consider them in the future for any photography needs!

I had a very poor experience. I tried to ask for assistance and clarify. photographer and owner were unwilling to listen.

I stopped here to get my morning coffee caramel macchiato with 4 extra shots of espresso it was delish

These people are somewhat disorganized, expect you to know their procedure, refuse to make change and will speak to you like you are a child if you ask any questions. Think post office or dmv.

I went there today to get a headshot portrait for work. Before going in I was like ughhh I hate having my picture done and knowing I had to choose one or two was kind of stressful. Well that feeling didn't last long. Gisele and her husband greeted me as I walked in ( Buddy too/ office dog so cute) and immediately I felt comfortable! Gisele took my photos and was so kind and funny and just very comforting through the process.

As other employees showed up for the same shoot they allowed us to mingle and chat and support each other through the photo shoot. Then it came time to pick your picture! Well let me tell ya we did it as a group which for some might be awkward but for me it was amazing and fun! Gisele was so helpful and I believe 100% honest in her take on which photos were the best and which ones she felt did not truly compliment you.

I thought the entire experience was great and I can't thank them enough for taking away all my fears and doubts. If you need professional or private or whatever your needs are please check out CLIX you will not be disappointed!

Great place to bring the family it was a fun atmosphere and very entertaining. It was my sons 9th Birthday and he recieved a free deep fried ice cream which he loved and the sang Happy Birthday to him with a drum and cymbol he was so happy he loved it.

Klix was used for the photography for my daughter's dance studio and I am very disappointed. They used no props or backdrops. Just a plain bright white background. I ordered magnets and again was disappointed. Previous photography studios put a nice frame with the year and dance studio name. Not Clix! At over $100 for a basic package for 2 costumes. I will pass next time

Clix came into my son's daycare to do a picture. The pictures turned out adorable, I just had a cropping issue I needed resolved. Austin helped me immensely! Great customer service!

I've been taking my daughter to Clix since she was born. The photographers are patient, understanding and I ALWAYS leave happy, with some exceptional pictures of my child.
