Excellent service. Excellent quality. Excellent delivery speed. I'm just so impressed! I finished up placing my order around 3:30p on Friday. I sent it to them and within minutes received a necessary update from my supervisor. I hopped on a Chat with Canvas Press - panicked - and said I needed to make a change. They helped me put in the change and within minutes had a proof to me.

Upon my approval of the proof, I saw the order go through and ship. I received it Sunday afternoon! And it was PERFECT. I went with the dye-sublimation metal print and the text and image are crystal clear, high quality. Highly recommend!

Absolutely incredible service! I ordered some posters online to be printed and they came out so perfectly! The website even helps you know if the resolution of the picture chosen for the poster size you want is good or not so you don't have to worry! I had technical difficulties when I was trying to process my order, contacted the company, and someone responded to me within a few minutes.

They took the time to really help me solve my issue, and I'm so grateful for the attentive, kind associate that assisted me. When I got the delivery, the prints were wrapped within some extra paper for protection, and that speaks to me about how this company really cares about the customer and how the customer receives their product. I was hesitant to order online due to many reviews from other companies about the clarity & color being off with canvases. I did not want to pay a good amount of money to be dissatisfied with the end product. I ordered a very large canvas from Canvas Press & it came out stunning! I couldn't be more satisfied. I'm glad that I kept looking & found them! The color & clarity is even better than I imagined! The price & delivery were both great! Very satisfied with purchase!

Canvas Press isn't convenient to me since they moved to Houston, but I still give them my business every time I want a canvas or fine art print. They do wonderful work, have fair prices (including frequent sales/deals), and have always been quick to respond to questions and do whatever they can to make the process easier. When my credit card didn't go through (due to my own mistake of using old information saved in my account), they were quick to give me a call and get it corrected. If you want personal service and a beautiful product, I highly recommend!

In my opinion, Canvas Press excels in two of the primary reasons I work with a lab, quality of product and customer service. There have been a couple times where I've submitted an order, and then realized I needed to change something. I called them, got somebody on the phone and we worked it out to my satisfaction. They then followed up with an email to confirm the change.

Another time, they actually reached out to me to suggest a change to the color of an edge on a multi-print order. I agreed with the change to a custom color that would match the other prints.and they made the change without requiring me to resubmit the file. Just great service.

Simply Amazing! I ordered a large 24 x 32 inch canvas print on Thursday night and the box was waiting at my door on Saturday morning. I used an iPhone picture that someone sent me from Nicaragua via Facebook Messenger and it turned out great. Now all my friends want one.

We are incredibly impressed with Canvas Press. Not only was the product delivered quickly, but the quality of the print was perfect. The pictures canvas is 8 by 5 feet! We couldn't even find another company willing to print a canvas that large for our client. We highly recommend them for the quality, speed and customer service.

Over the years I have been remodeling and redesigning the interior of my home. Canvas Press quality has made a significant impact regarding my artwork. Guests always ask who did my prints, as they almost jump out at you. Everyone at the company, (and I mean everyone), are so helpful. This company is a rare find, as every employee seems dedicated to be the best at what they do. I know I sound off the top, but truly, try them out and you will see why I have never been disappointed!

I found Canvas Press online as I live out of state and needed to order a gift for someone locally. It was a high rez jpg on an 11x14 canvas. They were awesome. So helpful with a recommendation for the border of the canvas. It was ready in 24 hours and the gift got there in plenty of time. Highly recommend this company. Not the cheapest but service was exceptional.

The work to be done when your company merges with another is overwhelming. My part was to get our old name replaced with our new company name. One of those was 3D letters mounted on the wall of our lobby. Due diligence found these letters to be double face taped up with heavy duty glue, thank goodness no screws. Of course the new manager had to try to remove them and ripped the wallpaper off. Based on the one inch depth of the letters, I could get a canvas mounted to cover them.

The search began and I found Canvas Press who could put our new Logo on canvas for a reasonable rate. They advertise gif image could be done, but I had an EPS file. Requesting a quote via email, they were responsive and clear on their answers. I sent them the EPS file and had a copy of the proof within 24 hours. Once I approved it, and another 24 hours it was done.

When I picked it up, I explained I need hooks to hang it. They gave me a small bag of hardware. Now the lobby has our new name on canvas covering the old letters and ripped wallpaper. The canvas size I require is W46" x H16" X D1.5". The price was under $200.00 and it looks great.

I have ordered 3 large prints from Canvas Press and they all look great. The ordering process is easy and delivery is quick.

I ordered a print from Canvas Press through a friends website called activitykauai.com. The pictures that he has of the island of Kauai are truly amazing. I placed the order last week and within 4 business days the package arrived. The prints were packaged better than anything I've seen and arrived in perfect condition. The coloring on this canvas is truly stunning and print quality vastly superior to others that i have ordered from. The 36x24 will be a statement piece in my office for years to come. Spend the extra couple of dollars, its worth it!

I ordered canvas prints and fine art prints from photos I took of my kids' Elementary School art projects. they were FABULOUS! Loved them! Positive feedback came from other parents and teachers as well----the quality of the art was outstanding, customer service was awesome and very competitive pricing. We got married this summer and wanted a way to commemorate the event other than your standard wedding photo. My mom had the great idea to have our favorite shot done on canvas. I was surprised at how easy the site was to use, I simply uploaded my photo which was, very high resolution, and it was no problem. Then, once I had the picture in the system I was able to select all of my size and mounting options.

We settled on a 16x20 framed and they look amazing! I would definitely recommend Canvas Press. They did fantastic work and I had my pictures ordered and hung in about 5 days. Eee! B

Just received my first canvas print from Canvas Press and couldn't be happier. My stepson introduced me to this company while sending us some of the incredible photos that he has taken on his world travels. Well I finally got one of "those" photos myself and just knew where I would go to have it made into a canvas print. The canvas prints make a wall really stand out much more so than just a photo print.

I will continue to use canvas press for any and every photo I hang in my home. I have been very pleased and impressed with their work. I have been recommending them to all of my friends. I can't wait to order more!

Expect excellent customer service! I'm local and needed a 4x6 photo blown up to a 18x24 for a funeral the same week. I dropped the photo off on Tuesday with Carolyn and it was ready on Thursday. I was blown away by by the quality of the picture since the original was not that great. I would definitely recommend this place! Since I enjoy capturing moments with the camera, I will be visiting this place again. Thanks so much!

Amazing customer service and pretty good prices too. I've not seen many businesses in recent years where the people who work there take such pride in what they produce - and rightfully so! I had prints of my artwork done there - a canvas wrap on one piece - and they took the time to make sure everything was right and that I was satisfied with the final product. Very impressive.

Got an old image you want blown up? These guys are the real deal. I uploaded a hi-res scan of my grandpa playing football in the 1920's. The original is grainy and not real clear, but that helps add to the cool factor. The processing results were very positive - it looks like a giant 2.5' x 3.5' sepia tone that will undoubtedly be great in a frame (when I get around to it). I'm local, so I was able to pick up my print and they run a tight ship - clean and friendly.

Plus I got to see their work on canvas. It's not exactly my thing (I like my photo printing to be true), but I did like the idea presented by a member of the staff who said "older images work well on canvas because the texture helps hide imperfections." Something to consider. I was called when my order was ready and I even received a handwritten thank you note - always a positive in my book. I'd recommend them to anyone.
