Make sure you ask the pricing before getting your pictures done here. I had a review on here and somehow it is gone? I totally feel like I got ripped off here! Like highway robbery bad! I really think they should be shut down due to poor business practices and taking people's hard earn money. I felt as I was stuck and had to pay their outrageous prices!

I am totally dissatisfied customer and I would boycott this place for bait and switch. Shame on you Fowlers! Read the reviews I am not the only one who feels this way and will keep writing my review over and over to get my point across! This is my honest review of my experience. And I don't appreciate the snarky comments back from "Anita" the owner. This is NOT how to run a business trust me.

I went here for my senior pictures after receiving an ad in the mail from them offering a significant discount on the photo shoot itself. I was rather disappointed with the results, and the prices are WAY too high for prints. My main issue was with my yearbook photos. During my shoot, they took loads of different pictures in front of a suitable backdrop, and I figured that I would have lots of options to choose from.

It turns out that my school only accepts certain poses, and of the several pictures they took in front of the backdrop, very few of them fit this. I thought they knew in advance? Besides that, their service was good enough and professional. Most of the photos came out really well, they're just not worth nearly as much as they charge. I recommend searching elsewhere.

Fowler Portraits was great to work with for my wedding photos! They really listened to me and captured what I wanted. My now husband and I are NOT MODELS and are not comfortable posing. They took that into consideration and didn't spend too much time taking set up posing pictures. Instead most of the picture that were taken were in the moment which I loved! The walk down the aisle, the laughter, the dancing, people smiling and having fun! It turned out great! Thank you so much for capturing our special day!

I took my daughter there for senior high school portraits after seeing some reviews and thought their prices were reasonable. However, the cost for a photo shoot and copies are simply outrageous. I've asked for reasonableness from them since both parents have been unemployed and simply cannot afford their charges but they did not budge. For example, they want $295 for a CD for 1 photo shot and $59 for a 4" x 5". How they can get away with that is crazy.

Yes, they appear to be nice people, but beware. False advertisement drew me in. Their prices are way over the top. $50 for a "4 x 5" and $295 for a CD of 1 photo shot. The photos I saw to choose from were not finished but was told to pick one, assuming the "finished work" will be to my expectation. Is that typical practice? I don't think so. I asked for a reduction in price since both parents are struggling financially and they did not budge. I do not recommend this place. Beware!

Nice photographer - good pics - final product a little pricey. I failed to comparison shop - my bad. Was not prepared to pay so much for pictures. I thought the pricing would be competitive and in line with prior years of school photos. I made the mistake of thinking they were the folks that did the school photos at the school where I got inexpensive packages of multiple pictures.

I thought the mailing about senior pictures was from the school. I was foolish and didn't check. The merchant states the price is so high because photography is expensive. However, I would disagree - in this day and age of electronics, I know other accommodations can be made and I found such with other photographers. Buyers do your homework and comparison shop.

I came here for my senior portraits because I was on the yearbook team and I heard they were good. Not only did I purchase only a few photos (which ended up being almost 200 dollars), I ended up with a poorly edited and over-brushed set of photos (including my yearbook photo). I didn't even want the airbrush! I also saw many photos of other classmates who seemed to have the same problem. The photographer was fine, and the area was fine as well, but man I will never return

Came here for my senior portraits a few years back. At first I didn't know much about taking senior photos and such, and when I got a ad from them in the mail, it convinced me to go to them, without consulting other photography places first. Big mistake. Outside it looked like a big red barn, with gigantic solo portraits. Inside was decent, looked professional enough. Photoshoot went well, did the usual solo poses, with colored background, outside scene, prop, and two wardrobe changes. After, came the choosing and pricing.

What didn't sit well was the fact that they didn't reveal to us that you had to pay additional for your proofs.and then another on top of that to get your actual pictures. Plus, on top of that for your final product (meaning photoshop--the lady asked me if I wanted to get rid of my braces, and if i did they can.great.except its like another additional $100 they failed to tell me.until I asked just to make sure). Woooahhhh there.

Pretty good job at scamming you I would say. Uh, total if I were to get a package probably would be a $800+. For senior portraits?! No thanks. Instead, I just got six 4x7 proofs.and that was a whopping $200. No photoshop, or anything--just printed out in original format. I recommend to avoid going here for any picture occasion. It's a rip off. Period.

The photographs are average, something any other photographer at a different place can as well capture. I made a mistake, and I didn't order any wallet size to trade with friends! (haha) :( (another $100 for 4 wallet pics? thanks, but no thanks.)
