My family was severely uncomfortable with the comments this man was making towards my preteen and young teen daughters during our photo session. It was frankly outright disgusting. I was really caught off guard and didn't know how to respond. After considering things a public review of the behavior and a fair warning to other families is what is needed.

This man crosses boundaries and discusses absolutely inappropriate topics with young girls. He talks about boyfriends and kissing and number of boyfriends and it's so gross. We are trying to smile while he is carrying on over and over and he does not stop. All three of my girls were uncomfortable and repulsed, and I was blown away by his continued pressing of these topics.

He is absolutely out of the loop on what is appropriate behavior for an adult man around little girls and I would not recommend his services based on creep factor. Get an education on what is ok behavior around little girls, or just stop working around little girls. You have no place to behave the way you did with my kids. Disgusting.

Glen is someone who will put your pictures before anything. I have never met anyone more dedicated to his profession and more professional. I will be coming back!

Working with Glen and his team was nice. They were efficient and professional. I was a little shocked at the price for a missionary "bronze" package. It was double what our first missionary son was at Brandt photography in Mesa, AZ. I didn't see the value in it for what I received but I paid the $427 for an 8x10 and a page of wallets. Glen said it was heavily discounted. I would not return for a family photo if that is the heavily discounted price of a 15 minute photo session and two pages of photos.

I've only been here a couple times. My daughter's dance class uses this place for their pics. Their work is always top notch. They have been great to work with each year. They always seem very well organized and are really fast with each photo session without making you feel rushed. As far as their work goes I'd give them 5 stars; however, since I'm reviewing the whole experience I have to give 4 stars because 1. if you don't know what you're looking for it's very easy to drive right past the business.

It is actually a house that has either been completely converted into a photo studio or acts as both home and business. 2. When you get a big group of people in there to have pics, it gets really crowded, and last, the parking there is crazy. It is off to the west side of the house and is very narrow. Getting out of there can get pretty tricky. I would still definitely recommend this place!

Glen was fantastic. Professional and very easy process. Made me comfortable even though I hate having my photo taken. Highly recommend

Worst experience with family pictures ever. You will not find a price list on his website because the prices are astronomical ($137 for an 8x10, $263 for an 11x14) You pay big bucks for each and every print. I respect quality work, and expect to pay for it but the pictures were just ok. They required a lot of editing and face swapping to be acceptable.

I felt like he didn't pay attention to small but important details like head position and hand and feet placement when actually doing the shoot. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. There's plenty of competition out there and you could get full digital rights to all your edited photos for a fraction of the price.

Glen and his staff are the best! So easy to work with and the quality of work they do is phenomenal! You won't be disappointed.

I couldn't be happier with the beautiful family photographs done by Glen Ricks! Glen was easy to work with, very accommodating and selected a beautiful place for the photo shoot! We have 32 people in our family and he was ready to go when we all arrived and from the beginning to end of our photo shoot was only 45 minutes. He did a large family photo, a grandma/grandpa and grandkids photo and then 6 individual family photos of each of our children!

The pictures were spectacular! Glen met with us before the shoot and guided us on ways to have a beautiful family picture (colors, clothing type, etc) and the help was amazing because each of our family members looked fabulous! He met with us after for the selection of our photographs and then once they were completed, he came to our home and hung the large family portraits. He was OUTSTANDING and I will definitely us him again for our next family pictures!

I am absolutely impressed by Glen Ricks Photography in American Fork. My son, who is a senior this year has the BEST compilation of pictures in various settings that have truly captured his personality and talents. I am so tickled with the photos and so is he! We love the metal framed pictures and the book is an absolute keepsake. Glen came to the swimming pool several times to capture my son is his element and even took the high school swim team picture! Glen has a great eye and is a true artist. Carolyn, the Office manager, will take care of you from beginning of the process to the end.

She is a fantastic communicator and responds with efficiency! I love these folks and will be ever grateful for the professionalism and artistry. These pictures are so precious to me and my family.

I have had two senior picture sessions done at Glen Ricks Photography and after the first, I knew I wanted the rest of my children to be captured as they were at 18 years old. Comments about my son's portraits, which were just done last month, were universally positive and indicated a level of surprise at how well his personality and expressions were so true to life. Having Glen take pictures is an investment, but the more time passes, the more I appreciate having such great portraits of my family. I am happy to be a loyal customer.

My fiance and I had the wonderful opportunity of having our engagement photos taken by Glen Ricks Photography. We felt impressed with Glen's talent and felt well taken care of. We were able to select our photos right after the session and Glen custom designed our wedding invites for us. Service was fast and we received our pictures and invitations within days which is what we needed in our situation. I highly recommend Glen Ricks photography and we look forward to going back for our first family photo.

Glen is a fablulous photographer! He captured pictures of our family with a beautiful outdoor selected setting (just as we had asked - near a river, with Fall colors). We came away with three unique family pictures and many combinations of our children. He is great with children and captured the unique personalities in time-frozen moments. We would highly recommend him. Be prepared to make an investment, but one that we feel is well worth it.
