Feldman insisted we meet in a parking lot "b/c he lives in a gated community." I wanted some negatives and prints digitized. From the back of his trunk, He told me $2.5 per picture + $15 for a flash drive. I gave him my credit card. I then asked approximately how much the total would be, and when the job would be done. He responded "I thought you weren't in a hurry." And 3 times said $2.50 a picture, $15 flash and tax.
Three times I asked for a total, three times he recited the same formula, finally telling me to count the negatives myself while we stood in the sun. I asked why didn't he have an office, he gave on Nebraska Ave, then said he worked out of his home, and "didn't invite strangers into his home." I said I didn't like meeting strangers in parking lots, took back my cc information and pictures and left.
