ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! If you're searching for a studio to take your little ones to this is definitely the place! The whole process of scheduling to getting the pictures is so smooth and easy. I searched for about 5 studios before stumbling upon them. The price for the portraits was the best! And not only that the whole experience was worth it. The photographer is so sweet and genuine, she keeps in touch with you by email days leading up to your session, once the day comes they greet you at the door with a small welcome sign for your little one, they have an area where if you have another little they can entertain themselves while you are in the studio.

They have complimentary snacks available. She was so patient and sweet to my little one, makes them laugh, they have props, backgrounds, everything you may need for the perfect shoot! I did my littles 1st birthday and safe to say I will continue to come back for more! The process of choosing the pictures was great they bring you back another day and you get to view them all and choose which one(s) you like best. They have several options on how to print your pictures so you have a lot to choose from that fits your budgets needs. Don't look further!

What an amazing photographer! The entire staff is so professional and responsive. Every product is such amazing quality! I can't believe Westley Chapel has it very own photography genius! LOVE everything Jeanine does and offers. She is so personable, attentive to detail and really listens to all her clients needs! I have had both my seniors photographed by Jeanine at Cloud 9 Studios (2016 & 2019). I cannot say enough about her level of professionalism and creativity. She not only spent time with my boys asking them what it is that they wanted captured in their senior pics, but she listened and delivered. For years to come, we can look at their collages and see that she captured not only their senior year, but who they truly are.

We had our family portraits as well as portraits of our daughter created here and they were all amazing. The staff was friendly, the studio has a homey vibe with dressing room/child play area and the owner/photographer Jeanine did a great job getting smiles even out of my husband. We now have a beautiful addition art piece for our home and could not be happier with the experience.

After seeing some of my coworkers photos on our company website I wasn't looking forward to having my headshot done. I thought the studio felt professional and the photographer was super sweet. She eased my nervous tension a bit. I was posed uncomfortably and reminiscent of grade school picture day for about 50 shots at an unflattering angle.

Out of all the photos taken the one sent to my employer doesn't even look like me. My eyes aren't even looking at the camera! It's the worst photo of me I've seen in a very long time. The photographer gives the impression that she doesn't carefully review her work to find the best photo. It would have been nice if I could have looked through them to pick my favorite. Her talents may be limited to family portraits. I do not recommend this studio for professional headshots unless you want to relive your awkward teen years.

Cloud 9 Studios has photographed both of my little boys since birth and the experience has always been wonderful. Jeanine and her staff are masters when it comes to getting the perfect photo when dealing with unruly children. The boys make it difficult but Jeanine always gets the best shots and I even get prints of the gag photos because those are perfect as well. Thank you for preserving all of these great memories for us!

I have used Cloud9 Studios for the last four years for family photos, professional head shots, and to document the life of my 2 1/2 year old baby boy. Jeanine and her staff are very patient and do a great job at getting the children to laugh, smile, and just catch that look that you've always wanted to capture in a photo and can't catch them at the right time. Her custom sets at every season of the year are unique and fun for the kids and family. I would recommend Jeanine and Cloud9 Studios for any of your photography needs.

I cannot say enough good things about Cloud 9 Studios! I started my journey with the studio when my son was born and did the baby plan where you go in throughout the year to capture milestones of newborn, 6 month, 9 month and 1 year shoot. Some people just like to go in and have the photographer choose all the looks which Jeanine can do very easily.

She has props and outfits galore! I am one of those people however with a very specific vision in my head and love themes. Jeanine gets this! She can do the regular stuff but what she really excels at is the unique and creative! I always come to her with crazy ideas of what I want to do for photoshoots and she always guides me and we incorporate her props into what I bring and the product turns out fabulous! Her whole team is a pleasure to deal with as well! If you are looking for an awesome family photographer I highly recommend you check out Cloud 9!

Over the years I have had multiple photo sessions with this studio and they never cease to amaze me. Jeanine has such a talent for capturing the most amazing family and children's photos! People routinely ask me who took the awesome photos. Her studio is gorgeous but very warm and welcome and family friendly. She has attended to every detail to make sure the photo sessions are perfect for every family and every age group. I can't recommend her enough! Everyone should have these beautiful memories she creates hanging in their home.

Jeanine and the staff at Cloud 9 Studios are the best in the business. My wife and I love the professional atmosphere and the amazing artwork that is visible throughout the facility. Jeanine has done an amazing job with my daughters baby plan. It is amazing to see how creative they are and how they can always capture the "perfect" photo. We absolutely love the Christmas photos and we used them to send out as Christmas cards. Our family pictures are also hanging throughout our house. We highly recommend using Cloud 9 Studios.
