I drove a little over 30 minutes to Biggs Camera to get my film developed and scanned since no stores around me developed film in store, but rather shipped the film off somewhere else to be developed which would take about 2-3 weeks. I dropped my film off on Saturday and just got emailed the digital scans of my photos this Monday morning (since they are closed on Sunday).
The customer service was great when I dropped my film off and I am pleased with how fast I got my film back, especially since they were photos from my graduation and I was eager to see how they turned out. The price was also very reasonable, being cheaper than what I would have had to pay at say Walgreens or CVS. If I use a disposable camera again, I will be using Biggs camera to get my film developed and scanned :)

As a new digital photographer, I REALLY appreciate it when people take the time to explain the uses and applications of different accessories. I am SO GRATEFUL for Edward's help today! He was super knowledgeable and helpful in assisting me with selecting the appropriate accessories for my Sony a7iii. He took the time to explain and show me what each filter would do. I highly recommend checking out Biggs for your camera/photography needs!

I hate to do this. I never feel the need to leave reviews, But this has got to be the worst place to ever get scans from. Go to a place that primarily only develops and scans. The customer service is horrible. The guy on the phone wouldn't let me finish a sentence until I raised my voice after giving him many chances. Everyone in here acts as if you have no idea what you're talking about.
If you're a professional do not go here. This place was great when I wasn't a professional and didn't care how my scans looked. But wow they get away with so much when they think they have customers who don't understand what a proper scam should look like. I will never in my life go here again.

I did an online order for an 8x10 print. I got the email receipt from PayPal, but nothing from Biggs. I decided to wait an extra day because maybe they're busy from Easter and\or Mother's Day. But there was no communication from them at all, so I had to actually call and get transferred a couple times to be told YES, my photo was ready for pickup.
They coulda just sent an email or text like a normal company, but no. So then I drive from the suburbs to the store on Kings Drive. and am given the worst quality photo I've seen in ages. It genuinely looks like something I would have printed on my HP DeskJet 820Cse in 1997. I told the woman working the prints desk that I wasn't happy with it and was told "well, that's the photo you sent us, so.
I don't know what you want US to do about it". Yeah, I'm never going back to that store, and suggest you don't, either. In case the photo caption doesn't make it: on top, the print that I got from CVS, which looks great but was creased in multiple places during shipping. On bottom, the godawful print from Biggs.

I never write bad reviews. But I left this place balling my eyes out. I've never rented camera equipment before and saw this place had good reviews. I called twice to get information this week, and the two people who helped me were short with me and rude and made me feel like I was dumb honestly rather than being helpful. They also gave me different kinds of information so I almost ended up paying more money for the rental.
I rented a lens with another credit card, and I will own up to the fact that I didn't realize you had to have the card you paid for in store. Brandt was super short, cut and dry, and wasn't helpful at all. I explained I have a wedding tomorrow and if there was anything they can do. Everyone else working in the store just stood there. I didn't even wanna ask for a manager after he just kept saying I can't do it and my boss won't let me.
Didn't even attempt to problem solve and cancelled the order before we even finished the conversation. I felt shoved in a corner and like he wanted to kick me out. This was the worst experience ever. I called another company who does rentals immediately after and the owner accommodated me within 5 minutes even though I don't have a credit card. I will never again rent from this place again.

When I happened to stop by I watched the staff deal with a few rather difficult customers, including one who needed a lot of hands-on help with everything, and another who seemed to be ubder the influence of something while in the store. The staff were extremely polite and helpful to both of them. They also seem to have a decent sized selection of new and used gear.
