These are the qualities that made Alfa Color the type of excellence in photographic printing throughout its decades of operation. It was, maybe, the only printing lab within the industry that photographers aspired to do business with - a career destination of sorts, where a fleeting moment expertly captured on film would be elevated to a work of art.

The last order I made the pictures arrived bent --they were 12 x 18 and the box they were sent in was not all that strong compared to ones from other photo companies - I informed you of this and sent photos to you of the pictures. Some time later I received an email from you saying someone would be in touch with me about the matter. As of yet, and this is now months, So lousy marks for customer service.

Full Color has always produced beautiful prints. I have been using them for literally years. They are very professional and there are SO MANY options to choose from for your photos. The metallic paper is one of my favorites. You can also choose from an array of lusters on the paper and they have every conceivable size of gallery wraps and metal prints you can imagine. Five stars isn't enough for this company. Highly recommended.

Great quality canvas. Quick turnaround (3 days from order to delivery for mine). I ordered a 24x36 canvas and it looks great! Customer service is excellent, when I called, they answered right away and addressed my questions clearly. Amanda did a fantastic job via email as well. Definitely recommend them!

I've worked with Full Color for many years, and have always had great experiences (product quality and all aspects of customer service). For several reasons, I recently tried a couple of other labs for specific products not offered at Full Color. After these experiences, I've decided not to offer those products and am sticking with Full Color 100%. It's a rare company that earns this level of loyalty from its customers--truly impressive, across the board.

I ordered an 8x20 family colored photo on gator board. It came very quickly, was very professionally mounted and I love the gator board mount. Would use them again! Only down side is it was very expensive. It was almost as much for the shipping as for the photo mounted. Was able to afford it this time and glad I did it.

Just ordered from this lab after not ordering for years - my local color lab went out of business last year and took a change. They did beautiful color correction, the prints looked amazing and the packing for shipping was perfect and all arrived super fast and safe. I will use them from now on with my printing needs. I have a 5 by 10 inch frame that I was looking to update the photo in. Could not find anyplace to do that size print so was starting to figure out how to crop an 8 by 10 or 9 by 12 down to fit, when I came across Full Color. This was Saturday. Today, Thursday, I received my prints via UPS and I could not be happier. The quality of the prints is amazing but their service was as well.
Great prices, fast turnaround and reasonable shipping. Despite the quick service, the care that went into packaging the photos shows how committed they are to quality.cardboard insert to protect them, sealed in plastic, in a bag and then an outer box. I will definitely be using them again and again. Do not hesitate to try Full Color!

I just discovered FullColor.com on lead-up to this Christmas - and I am blown away by the quality of their service. First I created a custom-size strip of 3 small portraits to go in a narrow horizontal 3-opening frame (my wife and our daughter at age 2, and our new grand-daughter at 8 months); the order was not only accepted, but a staff person CALLED me twice & then emailed to ask if I wanted FullColor to trim off the excess white border.
Of course I accepted - and I was completely satisfied with the photo print, and with the ceramic mug with the same strip around the circumference. The mug was so nice that I ordered another identical mug for my daughter on 12/24, using my shipping address. After the order was posted, I realized I should just have it sent directly to my daughter (in another state).
So I used a Contact Us email to change the shipping address - but was told FullColor was closed until 12/28. I decided a 2nd mug should go to my daughter for her daughter's use when older; I ordered this and in the Comments asked that it be sent with the first mug to my daughter's address. Early on 12/28, I received an email saying both mugs would be sent to my daughter in a single shipment (saving me a 2nd shipping charge).
By the end of the day, I received an email notice that the mugs were shipped. After difficulties my wife has had with Chatbooks, I tremendously appreciate FullColor's personal interaction and responsiveness. They stay on top of everything!

I had a oddly size photo I'd taken of my great grandparents homestead cabin in NE Montana. Although the cabin is falling apart, the paint in the plaster walls inside was still vivid, over 100 years later. The photo has deep meaning for me and I wanted a larger print. Because of it's odd size, I randomly searched the web looking for somewhere to have it printed.
I stumbled on Full Color and placed my order online. I got it within just a few days (I'm in WA State) and I could not be more pleased. It's beautiful and makes me happy every time I look at it. I'm so glad I found Full Color and will definitely use them again.

Derrick called me up to tell me that they are not a ONE HOUR PHOTO, I told that I understood. They finished my work less than 24hrs. Submitted 10pm Sunday Ready : 8:30am Monday He also says it takes 2 days not 1, after that explanation I went to pick them up and a nice older woman greeted me and checked me out. Also if you don't submit your files online, it's almost impossible for them to work with you

Members of this page. I have to tell you, I was a 30 plus year client of Burrell Colour and have been trying to set up my account with Full Color in Texas.all I am going to say. What a disaster! I was charged $28 for test prints of my initial proofing order, the color was all over the place, and several items for Burrell were not available. For instance, we used a product from Burrell known as Gallery Canvas, Fuller is not offering the product and the closest product they would make is "double" the cost.
In review of that, I called Paul Fuller the owner after making the request for a comparable product from 4 customers service reps.this morning I get a call back from Paul Fuller telling me, " I DON'T WANT YOUR BUSINESS, YOUR TOO HIGH MAINTENANCE ".unbelievable.30 plus years wirh Don Burrell, a member of the Presidential Circle of Clients since day 1.
I can honestly say, I never received such a call from Don Burrell or anyone of his staff saying such a thing, in fact, more towards, how can we do more for you. With all respect, for all the people on this page that are Burrell previous clients, all I can say is, I believe the future with Full Color will never be anywhere near the Professional Experience and Expertise that was available at Burrell.
Once again, I would not recommend using Full Color, or if you do, don't expect them to partner with you for long term growth! As for Paul Fuller.maybe retirement in calling for you! If you're interested in knowing more, call Steve Kapas at 630-918-0297.

I am a local photographer here in DFW. We have used this company for many years. The quality of prints are average, not great. The prices are above average in the industry. They are local, which is why we use them. Buyer beware! Customer service is horrible. Everything is great until you have a issue. They treat you as if they're doing you a favor. Smaller Customers are not #1 for them.
I have been referring my clients to them for years. I have since warned them of Full Color inc. practices. My clients have also complained of poor quality of prints in the last year on several occasions. No refunds were given. I had to apologize for this company to my clients. Save your money and go with a larger, more branded photo processor.
