Excel Photography

This company doesn't even deserve a one star. My son paid for pictures and did not get any pictures nor was in the class picture. So basically we were robbed. I've been calling for months with no return phone call. I will be taking further action because this is unacceptable. I see so many complain I think a class action may actually be a solution.

Horrible customer service, why do schools continue to use this photographer. I waited over 5 months and 17 calls to finally receive a call back. They wrote "DAD" under my daughters class picture as her name. All classmates received this. I had to call the school to get them to contact Excel photographers so Excel could finally call me. Then the customer service manager finally called me back with an attitude. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

This place stole my money and never delivered the pictures that I ordered online I've been calling for months and nobody will send me a refund or the product that I paid for. I literally asked the school what was going on and they said I had a contact the photographer's myself now nobody knows where my pictures are or if I'm ever going to get a refund. UDATE: HAD TO POST A REVIEW ON GOOGLE TO GET A RESPONSE AND IVE BEEN WAITING SINCE LIKE SEPTEMBER 2021 *ITS ALMOST MARCH 2022. Thanks Google

If I could give negative 100 stars, I would. This review is regarding my son's school pictures from Elk Grove unified. I chose a background and they didn't even change the background. The background was extremely tacky. The picture paper and quality is absolutely horrible! They didn't even try to have my son smile. The amount/quality I got for how much I paid is embarrassing. If I wanted low quality prints, I could have done my own at home!

I regret ordering school pictures from this company. It's been over a month and not only have I not received the pictures but this company has not provided an estimated turn around time. Don't run a business if you can't live up to the demand. COVID is not an excuse, other companies have been delivering products in a much more timely manner. Won't be getting my money next school year.

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness I bought a packet from these guys for school pictures and never received them. When you call, nobody picks up during buisness hours. Also if you leave a voicemail, they say they get back to you in 24 hrs.never gotten back to me despite numerous phone calls. If I could rate honestly. It'd be 0 stars!

No answer or return phone call but they did answer my email promptly. I had a question about the package I purchased and they answered right away. Just waiting for the make up picture day to get our class photo.

Horrible customer service! I ordered the digital pictures, I was told a link would be sent the day after the physical copies were delivered. That was last week! I have called twice with no response and the initial email stated they will send the request to production. A week ago! I have sent 2 follow up emails with no response. I asked my daughter's teacher and she stated the company told the school because of COVID they are taking their time and it will be delivered when it's delivered. What kind of customer service is that?!

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness This is the company the Sacramento City Unified School District chose to use for school pictures of our children. No one answering the phone number provided on school order forms. No voice-mail available. No way to contact them after they've taken my child's picture. How is this legal?!?!?! It's absolutely disgraceful.

They make you order pictures without even seeing them. I got told to plan better to make sure my kids cloths match better to their background--but you don't know what the background looks like. They only allow you 2 days to look at background and if you have issues, too bad. Not their problem. They don't care if you have serious conflicts (for example, father in hospice and you spent time with them instead of looking for an email you didn't know you were going to receive) they said 'not their problem I should plan better'. Anyone that uncaring and cold should be out of business. They don't care about anything but money. HORRIBLE people.
