Totally fascinating. I spent over three hours here and looked at just about every instrument and listened to a lot of the musical extracts. Go, if you are at all interested in music. And in an amazing building. Note: at time of writing the restaurant is not open.

Enjoyed visiting this museum. Takes about an hour to visit all 4 floors. Children under 18 are free. Adults pay approximately E15.

Amazing building! The museum has instruments from all over the world and you can losten to sound fragments of the instruments via the audio guide. Unfortunately the rooftop terrace was closed

I really loved this museum. Their audio guide is a little different, instead of telling you things about the exhibits, it plays short musical arrangements played on the instruments you're viewing. Which really brings them alive and makes the experience much richer. There are so many instruments, from primitive bone whistles to intricate pianos from all kinds of eras. If you like music at all, don't skip this one!

We went on Easter, and there wasn't much of a line. I was actually here before, but right when the museum was under renovation, and the audio tours had not been available. This time they were, and it was a completely different experience. Hearing how the instruments sound and, occasionally, watching how they are played added a whole other dimension to the visit. I wish I had the entire day to really listen to every instrument on exhibit. We rushed our visit in about 2 hours, but managed to cover all levels.

Excellent museus. lots of instruments and they have some portable tablets where you can type a number and hear the instrument, they provide headphones, but if you have a bighead or want something more comfortable, bring your own. Tables and headphones at this moment are free of charge. But they can't guarantee the headphones. Currently the restaurant on the 6th floor is closed. Be aware that they have a store inside the museum where you can purchase some very nice music related gifts.

I am so happy I visited this lovely Museum. It hosts probably the largest collection of musical instruments. You can borrow a tablet with headphones which enable you to listen to the sound of each instrument by just typing the number on the tablet. There is also a gift store inside and a restaurant on the last floor.

Really good museum, love the audio that will play a short music piece of the instruments as well. Information is well displayed and educational. The building itself is beautiful and love the history display about it as well.

Very interesting museum with impressive collections of instrumental. To me, to be able to go inside this historic art nouveau building is a gem already. Impressive detailed. Top floor houses a little exhibition of the architecture of the building. A great view too.
