I was also scammed out of pictures. I am thinking of hiring a P.I. to try to find her. If anyone has also been scammed and wants to team up to try to find her please contact me. Respond to me through here and I will give you my email.

I actually work for an attorney and I have contacted the Cumberland County Sheriff which they can do nothing because it's a civil issue and the Circuit Clerk in Cumberland County. I contacted the Attorney General in NC and waiting for a response, but I did find out that she moved to California. I am doing all I can to stop this lady, she was very unprofessional from the get go! I am now filing a complaint in California and working with a former client who she emailed and informed her that she was moving to California. If you send me your email I will keep you posted. Very frusterated and sick over this matter!

Teresa Olier and her husband John took our family photos and then ran a scam on us, and on several other clients that I know of before she apparently left the state and got money from us and did not fulfill obligations of delivering the photographs to the clients. Suddenly she just stopped returning emails, calls, and took down her facebook page after people commented on it that they didn't get their photos.
She doesn't even belong to the professional membership, PPA, whose logo she illegally uses on her website. She is a fraud and hope she does not run this scam wherever she moves and take advantage of more consumers who paid good money and trusted her to capture special time with their children or families. Please pass the word along that TERESA OLIER DOES NOT RUN A LEGITIMATE BUSINESS AND WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND YOU WONT GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.

I hired Teresa Olier to take our family portrait. We paid her in full a large sum of money. She made every excuse of her delay to ship us our photos until we lost total contact with her. Sadly to say, she never gave us our photos. She lied and scammed us. I am out of a large sum of money and even more disappointing, I have no pictures of our family. I am so sad and sick over this. We never had the money before. It was the first time I invested in a professional photographer. It was also my Christmas Present to my family. After research, we have found others that she has scammed. I thought she was a very talented artist. Her work is beyond beautiful. I researched Teresa before hiring her and there was nothing out there protecting me from using her. While her work is beautiful, she has never followed thru with the delivery of our large photo order. I am one of the lucky ones. Others have hired her for their new born pictures and they will never have the opportunity to retake those.
