I had a great photo shoot with Dani and got my photos back the day after the session. All of my photos were excellent and even though she offered to retouch some for me as a part of our agreement they were so good that I didn't actually need any to be retouched. I am also not a naturally photogenic person but she will get you through that and still make the photos awesome of you will listen to her and take her direction. She is able to select the most picturesque backgrounds for your photos as well mine were simply wonderful!

Dani does all of our company's photography and agent headshots. She has a great eye to make us all look great and her cat herding skills are off the charts!

I was recently asked to submit a headshot for work, and since I have successfully avoided having my picture taken for at least 10 years or so, I decided to reach out to Dani for a session. Dani was quick to respond, and was very kind in dealing with all of my anxieties about having my photo taken. She worked with me to get a good selection of photos to choose from, and was able to turn the final photos around very quickly. Dani did some business portraits for me. She talked with me about what I was looking for and really captured the look I was going for. Like most people, I don't really like having my picture taken, but she made it a fun experience.

Dani is great to work with. She's patient with kids and dogs and completely flexible so you get the poses and shots you want. Her prices are very fair and she turned out pictures around very quickly! Dani has been photographing our family for 9 years now. Her flexibility is unmatched--our first session was arranged within a couple days. When Dani found out that we wanted portraits with our sick dog, she squeezed us in and was so compassionate and loving to our terrier. Now, ten years later, we depend on her to capture all the changes in our lives. She's fantastic!

Dani is the best! She did all the photography for my son's bar mitzvah. There were two shoots, one was half inside and half outside during the day and the other was indoors at night. All the pictures came out so great! Dani can do beautiful family portraits, but the real gems in my opinion were all the spontaneous, action shots she got of people talking, dancing, and celebrating.

There were so many pictures that I just loved that showed all of us relaxed and having the best time. Dani also really helped me during the planning stages of this event. She's very knowledgeable about vendors in Seattle and she made many recommendations that were all very reliable.

Whenever I tell someone about Dani Weiss, I have to point out that she has RIDICULOUS skills. She shot 35mm film (the wedding was 2001), and I've looked at the proofs of all of these rolls of film and 100% of them are keepers. How the heck does someone do that? My guess is she's actually a cyborg or alien or something.

Why did I choose Dani Weiss as my photographer? When I was pregnant with my first, and only child- when that child was born- when she turned one and then five- I needed someone to understand how important these moments were to me. From the initial contact to the final product, Dani is focused on you. She is respectful of your time and delivers as promised.

No shortcuts either, she has a eye for the perfect shot. And! Dani is a lovely human being too. Skip the Groupon if you want to look at the photos years from now with the same tearful adoration. If done right, it's more than a photo and you will cherish it forever.

Dani Weiss is a phenomenal photographer. I saw her photos at several charity events and was so impressed I hired her to photograph my birthday party. She captured the evening perfectly! I highly recommend Dani for any of your photographic needs, events, portraits, etc.

Dani photographed our family recently, and we loved the images she captured. She is funny and easy-going, has excellent design sense, and managed to take some sweet shots of us outside, even though it was pouring rain. She was particularly awesome with our three-year-old, and made sure we got the photos we wanted before he lost interest in sitting still. We highly recommend her!

It was important for us to find a fabulous photographer who could capture our day beautifully, who would blend with our home and our guests. Dani is an amazing person and did a superb job. She is a pro-- she has a ton of experience and knows what works. The pictures are amazing and frankly-- she and her assistant were so unobtrusive they were hardly noticed.

Dani is just wonderful. I am not the kind of person who really enjoys having her photo taken. I get stiff and awkward and am not very photogenic. The first time we met Dani I was completely at ease. Working with Dani was such a easy process! What you might not realize going into relationship with a photographer for a wedding is how long the actual process will be. It isn't just about your special day, even though that day is important and you need someone who is up to the task. Really you need someone who isn't going to drop the ball afterwards!

You need someone who will be there throughout the entire editing and photo selection process through the final printed copies and books to answer questions, bounce ideas off of, and take gentle redirection from. Dani was so fun to work with throughout all of this, we bought her top of the line package and were very pleased with the gorgeous photo books.

As busy as we were planning and preparing, Dani kept us on track after the event when our enthusiasm and energy had wained. Working with Dani was a very open and honest process, we felt safe to be ourselves at all times around her, and had a ton of fun in the process!

Dani Weiss takes excellent photos. I had so much fun throughout the entire process! I first heard about Dani from a facebook friend- she is so reasonably priced. Her work captures a sense of joy and engagement. I had a problem emailing my photo to my website developer and she helped me from start to finish. Dani Weiss is the best!

Dani was great to work with for our wedding photos. She was helpful and professional throughout preliminary work, helping us think through shot lists and how to manage our sprawling reception in a way that we could get the photos we wanted. She also took amazing photos--the best part. For us, the day kind of went by in a blur, so it's great to have these photos to bring it all back.

After reading many reviews on Yelp, Wedding Wire and others I decided to call Dani Weiss, who was fortunately available. We had barely five weeks notice before my daughter's wedding. Research on my own had yielded dubious results for other vendors, so Dani's experience and input for the florist, the caterer and the DJ were critical for the resulting excellent ceremony and reception. Dani worked with my daughter and me on preparatory details of the photography.

She requested a list of the shots we wanted and provided essential guidance on the timeline of events so the photography worked seamlessly with the ceremony, the catering, the DJ and the florist. Dani was patient and caring before, during and after the wedding. We are so impressed with the quality of her work, and with her sense of and eye for the right subject at the right time in the right place.

She checked out the venue ahead of time to anticipate any potential problems and to develop ideas. She worked with the florist to come up with appropriate arrangements to frame shots, and her vision became beautiful reality.

Dani was a "find"! I wanted someone able to deal with a large family grouping with a 3 month old up to an 88 year old in an off site location. Her web site was polished, but she was precise and descriptive enough that I felt confident to have her work with us. She was a true professional. She came prepared, having asked for our names so she could utilize the time efficiently to get the best out of us while the little subjects were cooperating.

She also asked, before hand, what groupings we wanted, so she could help arrange the whole thing. Not every photographer can manage a large group. I would give her my vote for ANY photographic situation. Dani, thanks for all the great photos!

Dani shot our wedding in October 2010 as well as our mid September engagement photos. She is great at understanding what we wanted and to make sure our various poses and backgrounds for the formal pictures reflected our style and sense of fun. the candid wedding pictures are also very good, and she managed to get really lovely group shots of our dances and a terrific picture of my wife up on a chair and me being pushed around her (I didn't want to be lifted up in the air) Her photos of the details like the table decorations and the food were really incredible and looked like professional art shots.

I made the center pieces myself and I was shocked at how lovely her photos made them look. same was true of the food pictures and the cake. I would recommend her to anyone who is interested in a mid range pricing, very organized and honest photographer.

Dani's photographs are absolutely stunning. We chose her for our wedding because the samples we saw struck us as being both beautiful and *real.* I didn't want cookie cutter shots or heavy editing that would make us unrecognizable. I wanted an artistic, magical documentary of our unique event, and looking at my wedding album, that's just what I got. Dani was great at organizing our posed group shots--the must haves--but also captured those unexpected spontaneous moments that made the event unique and memorable.

Like my husband dancing with his sister, or the look of utter shock on my friend's face when she caught my bouquet. (Btw, going to that friend's wedding next month!) The big bonus is that Dani brings more to the table than her talent. Her candor and years of experience make her easy to work with and a major asset to your wedding planning team, giving valuable advice and even helping pace the event.
