It entails getting down on hands and knees, picking flowers, chasing frogs and getting to know the child being photographed. Cheryl has a gift for winning over children and shooting honest expressions that convey true personality and spirit.

Cheryl is an on-location photographer based in the town of Groton, MA. She will travel to your home, the beach, the park or can recommend a location. Many of Cheryl's customers are in Groton; however, an increasing amount are also from surrounding towns like Westford, Littleton, Acton, Pepperell, Harvard, Bolton and Stow. For an extra travel fee she will travel throughout New England. You will often find Cheryl on the coast of Massachusetts, New Hampshire or Maine during the summer months capturing children enjoying the beach.

Since Cheryl is a mainly a natural light photographer, she will not bring large equipment to the shoot and she is able to move freely and not intimidate young children. In order to capture children in the best light, outdoor sessions are are organized early morning or late afternoon. Inside photography is done on days with good lighting...which means no shooting on rainy or severely overcast days.
