I am a blessed mother of four children. I am happily married to my high school sweetheart, Daniel, and we are celebrating 19 years of happiness, trials, joy, and conquered fears.
I have always loved a good picture. A stunning glance, or a raw emotion caught in that still image, or a black & white that is so alive with "color" that it stops you in your tracks. That is what drives me in photography. I used to buy black and white film for my cheap little camera and try to get the best image I could. I would play around with the kids when they were babies trying to get those moments. Sometimes I would, but it wasn't until Daniel surprised me with the right camera gear that I was able to finally take pictures that captivated others and myself. At first, when I opened my gift from him, all I could worry about was the money that he spent, but after using the camera for the first time, I fell in love. I began to soak up as much information about photography as I could. I would study other photographers work, read books, and most of all, I have logged many hours behind my camera. Trial and Error training shall we say. I will create the image that you want. If I don't, then I will make it right. I love to be creative. The more creative you want to be, the more creative I get. At the same time, I am just as passionate about taking that simple yet beautiful image.

This past fall I decided to have family pictures taken. We live way out in the country and we are very outdoorsy people. I wanted to incorporate that into our photos and, per a recommendation from a friend, I called Nicole. She was absolutely wonderful to work with. Not only is she a very sweet person but also a very gifted photographer. The pictures turned out beautiful.
She was able to get amazing pictures of my three year old little boy by taking him by herself and just letting him play and be a boy. I will definitely use Nicole again in the future and would recommend her to anyone!

Nichol is an amazing photographer. Each and every interaction with her from start to finish was professional. She is easy to work with, talked with me to understand what was important to us for the pictures, and then encorporated all of that into session. She put everyone at ease - and my kids enjoyed this as well. The pictures turned out better than I could ever have expected, and I would highly recommend her to anyone that would like beautiful, personal pictures.

After seeing some of the photos Nichole had taken of different families, I wanted her to do my first ever family photos. She did such a great job. She let us decide where we wanted to have our pictures taken. She is not afraid to get down and dirty for "the shot". I have recommended Nichole to my family and friends. She has the right price too!

Nichol is an amazing photographer and a wonderful person!! I had never met her until I contacted her and set up a time for her to shoot our family pictures. She worked us in right away. She was so easy to get along with and made us all feel so comfortable. My husband is not a big fan of pictures, but he even made the comment that he enjoyed it because she made it fun and made us feel so comfortable!
My son is one and very strong willed. She worked great with him and was very patient. I have recommended Nichol to all my friends and will continue to do so! I wish I would have known about her earlier. I look forward to doing more pictures with her!

Nichol Lancaster came to our ranch in south Texas last summer to take our family pictures. We were all kind of nervous at first because we really did not know what to expect and we are all kind of "camera shy." But she made us feel at ease right away and made it all such a fun enjoyable event!! Nichol is very professional and has such a know-how for getting those perfect shots which seem natural, not those staged indoor studio shots.
Her fees are very reasonable and we received our package within a week after she left!! I highly recommend her service and we are definitely going to hire her again in the future! Great photographer!!!

A friend from church recommended Nichol and after looking at her work I was sure she was perfect for our engagement and wedding photos. Nichol always produces magnificent pictures that continue to amaze me! She is kind and understanding and willing to alter anything to custom fit you. Nichol offered a wedding package that was half the price of other photographers I checked with and I believe her work is ten times better.

Nichol is wonderful in every way!! She is very easy to work with. She made me feel very at ease at my shoot. I have an 18 month old and he is very busy but she was wonderful with him as well. She knew exactly how to get those PERFECT shots of him that capture his true emotions! The turn around time was amazing. I had my pictures and a slideshow in a little less than a week. Nichol is hired for every picture need that I will need in the future!! I can look at her pictures of people that I do not even know and cry.....that is good photography work!!!

Nichol worked very hard with my two children, a 2 year old and 5 month old, to capture wonderful pictures. She took my pictures THE DAY BEFORE THANKSGIVING. She was willing to take time away from her family to work around my busy work schedule. I WILL DEFINITELY HAVE HER DO PICTURES AGAIN IN THE FUTURE. She never raised her voice and was willing to meet again to take more pics since my 5 month old decided it was nap time. (HAHA) She had an emergency in her family that arose two days after taking my pictures and still got my CD to me in a weeks time.

I was looking for a photographer that would capture unique pictures at a reasonable price. I was tired of the same boring pictures taken in a studio. I had seen some of Nichol's work and it was beautiful. So I took my family to her to have our pictures taken as well. I have a two and a four year old, so my family wasn't the easiest to take "family" pictures of. Nichol was very patient and unbelievable good with my children.
She had many tricks up her sleeve to help get the children to cooperate. My husband who hates having pictures taken even commented, I actually had fun doing this. Our pictures turned out great! I've never had so many compliments on our pictures before! I have recommended Nichol to my sister and several friends. They've all been just as pleased as I was.

Nichol is such a wonderful, passionate photographer! She has done many sessions for my family and we look forward to many more, as we watch our baby grow and look back through the photos Nichol has captured to bring out the best memories! It is obvious that Nichol's passion is photography as it shows in her work! Nichol develps a relationship with her customers and makes sessions a lot more comfortable and natural! Nichol is very dedicated and passionate about her work. I was very fortunate to come across her (via a mutual friend) to do our engagement photos and our future wedding photos in June. She communicated quickly with me and helped me customize what I wanted in a photo session. She is very consistent and helpful as well. Her prices are exceptional and she has a very fast turn around time with customer's pictures. She also released the copyright to me with all my photos on a CD. She did not rush us when taking our engagment pictures. She is wonderful!
