It is a person's eyes and face that tell the story of their personality. So, the goal of wardrobe in a portrait is to flatter the subject, and influence the mood. To that end, the clothes should be relatively subdued.

Jim and Judi Paliungas, and their company Palimor Studios, are a first class business. Jim did fine art photography of my father's art collection. He was experienced, honest, professional, efficient, and went above and beyond to get the finished digital files to me with a turn-around time faster than I could have imagined. Most important, the images were gorgeous, and I've been using them for a number of projects since then.
One of those projects is a calendar that Judi designed for us. She had great design ideas and was so easy to work with through all the phases of pre-production, including the several successive minor revisions I requested. She was always on top of things and professional in every way. I'm so pleased to leave them this five-star review, because they're a small family-owned business, and their work is top-notch. I'll be using them again for future photography and design services for sure.
