Mark Madere is the owner and lead portrait designer for SpectraLight Photography based in Northeast Ohio. He is a graduate of the Art Institute of Pittsburgh with an Associate Degree in Specialized Technology, majoring in Photography/Multimedia. Mark has photographed for two international news services: the Associated Press and United Press International. He has done medical and public relations photography for several hospitals throughout the Cleveland area. Mark is recognized as a leading instructor of photography.

Answer: While you certainly could do that, it takes years of experience to become proficient with all the Photoshop tools you'll need to master for good results. We have been restoring photographs with Photoshop for over 30 years and we're still learning new "tricks."
