Amazing business, I dealt with a lovely man called Dave, he couldn't do enough to help me, understood my needs and created exactly what I wanted! An amazing pic collage on canvas with a beautiful note that I asked him to put in! Highly recommended for any family or friends birthdays to create something special : x

This is my second visit to Phoenix Photographic. I visited them today (27th November) to have some photographs enlarged and framed. From arrival I was met by a most helpful and polite member of staff. He went through the sizes of photos that I wanted and the range of photo frames that they had available. There was no hard sell just very good customer service.
Their pricing very reasonable too. After placing my order I was told that my photos and frames would be available an hour or so later. When I came back to collect my order I was not disappointed. One of the photos dated back from 1984 and this enlarged photo in its frame had been colour enhanced and I was so thrilled as it was a photo of my Mum who sadly died earlier this year. Thank you so much to everyone at Phoenix Photographic. I will certainly use their services again in the future.

What a fantastic service! I was having a devil's own job with the website so I called for some help. Mike was absolutely amazing. I sent the photos through, he called me back and discussed what was best and has said he wil send them today. Not had them yet but photos from there are always great. Definitely recommend this shop. Such amazing customer service in such difficult times.
