Memory Makers has been awesome! All of their staff has been incredible to work with very fast and efficient on everything! By far the best experience we have ever had with pictures! So thankful we found them will definitely use them again!

Another great year with a memory makers. I've had to reschedule 3x because I've had costume issues. They are great to work with and very accommodating. I always like the props they bring and have great ideas on posing when I'm tapped out.

We love Memory Makers! We use them at Dance Intensity for our dance pictures and we couldn't say enough good things! They are organized, friendly & professional. The pictures come out beautiful!

I just had this company photograph my dance students. They were professional and friendly. I didn't have to do anything but open up my studio. They took care of posing the dancers. They greeted the dancers and parents with respect and kindness. Was so pleased with how the week went. Will definitely have them as my dance photographers every year.

They did my sons school pictures at his school and don't state what the packages include. The number to call on the label is incorrect if you want to reorder. The code on the paper to reorder doesn't even work. upon reading more of the same complaints one would think you'd fix all your issues. But I guess not. First and last time ordering.

If you have a special occasion do yourself a favor and don't get pictures from this company. We paid for pictures from a dance recital. Not only did they lose my order. They haven't responded to my calls or email asking for a reply. The recital was 2 months ago! This is my first time working with this company, and definitely my last! Never again.

I've used memory makers for several years for my dance studios pictures. They keep getting better and better. They are well organized, professional, on time, and as far as pictures, pose kids well, offer great suggestions, and the quality of pictures are great. On occasion, when there is an issue, they make it right very quickly. Even with Covid in 2020, when my studio had an outdoor recital at the last minute, they came and were able to get some pictures for us. It's always a pleasure working with them. I highly recommend them.

My daughters team purchased pictures last month through Hammond Sports Complex and half of the team picture was cut off. I do not understand how the person packing the pictures failed to notice. I have yet to hear from this business to resolve this issue. I would never recommend this place.

I purchased pictures for the 2017 - 2018 school year and I selected the Disk with images. Once pictures arrived, in the envelope contained the little envelope where I had to insert the cash. Written on there was, "Will send download link to phone". I never received anything. The school called this location and told them they would email me the images, I waited patiently and I received nothing.

Later I spoke with someone else about 4 weeks later and they stated I would get the link via email. I patiently waited 3 weeks and I received nothing. I called again and was told the images would be mailed to me. Again, I waited patiently and 1 month later NOTHING! I will be calling the Better Business Bureau of Indiana to report the $40,00 of pictures I have never received and the pictures this company has made zero attempt to send.

My daughter was left off class photo even though she was there the day pictures were taken. Mistakes happen, so I called numerous times and left messages and no one called back. Approx. two weeks later I was able to reach someone who related a lab error happened and I would get an updated pic along with other families that ordered group pictures. Two more weeks went by with no new pic.so I called again with the same phone tag.

Then after another two weeks got someone who handled it and we got new pic. The other families are still waiting for their new class photo and has been over a month. I called again and after days of trying along with messages John ( think owner) claimed he would personally handle and that all would get an updated picture. It has now been over three weeks worth no new picture for the families that were promised one. So, after another three days of calling and messages reached someone today that offered to take another message for John and further related families need to all call in to get updated class photo?

This is not what I was told from John! We have ordered from this company since my daughter has been in pre k 3 and there has been other problems, but they were always corrected. This time I have not had any luck getting this situation handled and have gone to the top person there. For this reason along with the phone run around. I can not recommend this company in anyway! It is a shame that out school still uses them.

First thing I did not like is when they came to photograph my daughters dance company they did not allow parents to go back. Then I did not receive half of our picture order. They sent an email to verify the picture and my daughters bangs were completely over her eyes/glasses. I complained and asked for my money back and they said No and that they would fix it about 2 months later I received the pictures and they did a complete hack job to her bangs in this picture. I am still asking for a refund, we will see if they actually give it. Otherwise I will be contacting the better business bureau. I would not EVER recommend.

Photo day was absolutely wonderful, the staff was very professional and helpful.

My daughter had dance pictures done back in April 2017, I only ordered a disc and comes with only 2 pictures on it. we are now going on almost 5 months waiting to receive and still have not received it. I have called many times, emailed, put in support tickets, and so has my daughters dance studio and they just give us the run around or never respond back.

This is not the first time I've had issues with my daughters dance pictures with this company, it's been an every year thing, the first year they sent me the wrong pictures. This place is very unprofessional and I do not recommend them at all, especially for how high their prices are, very unacceptable.

MY DAUGHTER'S SCHOOL USED MEMORY MAKERS FOR THE FIRST TIME THIS YEAR. THEY DID A WONDERFUL JOB! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND. REALIZED AFTER I GOT HER PICTURE THAT I NEEDED IT TOUCHED UP. NO HESITATION, THEY SENT ME A NEW PICTURE TO MY HOUSE.
