A lingering condition following double pneumonia sent me to CPI-Midtown in mid-December 2021. Ginger was super compassionate and professional as she helped me through a CT with contrast. The process was amazingly quick and painless. I felt reassured by Ginger's presence and concern for my health. Stephanie W. was amazing at the front as my patient coordinator.

And I cannot say enough lovely things about Felicia as my scheduler! The trio made my Christmas holiday season brighter and healthier. Thank you for being an outstanding team who cares.

While the experience in the office itself was fine, their billing department certainly leaves a lot to be desired. A few weeks ago I started getting sketchy text messages that looked like a phishing scam from a debt collector (the first I'm hearing of owing any money) - upon further investigation, it turns out that I owed money to these guys from a visit about 6 months ago. However, I never received a bill in the mail or a phone call or anything from them before the collection agency started to contact me.

It turned out they had (maybe?) been sending bills to an address I haven't lived at in over 7 years, even though I'm pretty sure they had me fill out paperwork with my up-to-date information when I came in for my appointment. They also definitely had my accurate phone number, so I have no idea why they didn't call me or seemingly make any other attempt to contact me about my past due balance before sending it to a collections agency.

I can see from the other reviews that I'm not the first person to have this issue, so If you choose to go here, make absolutely sure they have your correct info on file, and follow up with them if you think there's even a possibility you might owe for the services provided, unless you want to be sent to collections with no warning.

Very pleased with my experience today. Kay, Susan, and Lindsey were all very kind and professional. They expressed genuine concern for my comfort during the whole imaging process.

An amazing place I was fortunate to have the MRI of TMJ by Cardinal Points Imaging @ 1212 Cedarhurst Dr Raleigh NC on 3/10 at 6.30 pm. The receptionist was very courteous and efficient. Also MRI team, namely Lisa and Lindsey were very understanding. I have cervical dystonia. They made sure that my neck is constrained in the most comfortable manner. They were true professionals. I will always use this place for my and my family's radiology needs

This place was the fastest, most efficient medical group I have ever visited. Checked in, did my paperwork, and had my scan done in under 40 minutes. The technician that was assigned to me, Elizabeth was very nice, polite, and made me feel comfortable and relaxed while she performed the needed scan. I highly recommend Cardinal Points Imaging in Wake Forest.

Have called over a dozen times and left several messages over the past 2+ weeks to get an appointment scheduled and nothing. Do not waste your time trying to contact them. It is absolutely ridiculous to have a doctor's office that doesn't return messages for a referral no less.

Very good experience here. Arrived at 7am for paperwork for a 7:30 appointment and was walking back right at 7:28. All of the ladies I dealt with were very polite and informative.

I was at the Midtown location for an MRI. All of the staff I came in contact with were very nice. However 1 person stood out from the rest. I look at the card given but could not remember if her name was Stephanie W., Brooke, or Jen. I do remember she had the sweetest southern accent and was from Harnett County (Dunn, NC). She was absolutely wonderful!

I'm a large man and she made me feel so comfortable, assisted me with the socks, and was so calming during the entire process. I was so thankful for her. She asked me what kind of music I liked and I told her Christian. The music was so on point and really helped me endure being still on my back for what seemed like a long period. Thanks to all of you for excellence in patient care!

I had an excellent experience with Cardinal Points! From my first scheduling phone call, to my walk out of the office on the day of my visit, the team went above and beyond to ensure a positive, affordable, comfortable experience. The cost transparency was refreshing; a rarity in the healthcare industry. Melanie, the CT tech that I worked with, was beyond friendly and helpful.

Had my yearly appointment for my mammogram 11-20-2021 at Cardinal Points Imaging. While I usually dread going to get this procedure done. This experience today was done very easily and without pain. I appreciate the nurse who took care of.me. Great job.
