Olympic Photography Studios

I have made multiple attempts via phone, email, and social media to communicate with Olympic Photography Studios regarding my portraits I have purchased and have not received (5 months). I think this is poor customer service not to return phone calls or emails to a customer that has paid and want the promised product. At minimum, I expected the portraits to be mailed if the office is closed due to COVID-19 related reasons.

Two of my children had their senior photos taken by Olympic Studio. Both kids felt very confident during their photo session and that was all thanks to the photographer. They loved their pictures and that is all that matters to me. The price is right and the time waiting for the pictures was worth it 100%. I highly recommend Olympic Studio.

They made it easy to pick up a class pic for my 5th grade son who loses all that paperwork ordered over phone and picked up a week later she brought it out to my car! Can't miss that 2020 class pic! Olympia has always been great since they took my class pics in elementary school at EHT! Ty

My son had his appointment for his senior pictures today from EHT high school and was treated very poorly. He was made fun of because of his longish hair apparently the whole time he was there and then the photographer proceeded to tell him that he should come back when he shaves and cuts his hair. Since when is a haircut and shave a requirement for your public school pictures.

I don't appreciate that he was bullied and made to feel bad. This behavior is unacceptable and I am extremely disappointed in this company and the people they hire. This situation upset me a lot, not fair to my son at all.

Worst Customer Service ever, I don't know how they stay in business with the way they treat their customers. The owner yelled at me on the phone and then hung up on me.

Olympic studios is the worst school photographer I've ever encounter. My son's preschool pictures were taken in the first or second week of school and I still have not received them with only 3 school days left of the year. This picture company stole my money and did not deliver on their service. Instead they passed around a whole bunch of lies and empty promises to my son's school who believed they would make right what they have wronged so many months ago. I do not recommend this studio nor will my son be getting any more school pictures taken do to this poorly handled situation.

Hey Mary.you are quite mistaken. Please call Olympic Studio regarding your son's photo. I have NEVER known them to not remedy situations immediately.

We had a wonderful experience! Greeted very warmly and friendly. Both of my sons, Robert and Alex, were there to have their senior portraits done. Tom was very patient and was wonderful helping them relax so they felt better, which of course, showed in the photos! Thank you all so much for these lovely memories! We really had a blast even though I cried! Ha!
