Prestige Digital Imaging was formed in 1973 as Bob Yeager Photography. In 1996 we became one of the first professional photographers in the United States to make the switch from film to high-resolution professional digital imaging. In 1999, to better identify with our product, we changed our name to Prestige Digital Imaging. Our company motto, "Providing your best photography experience ever" is more than just word, it's the way we do business! We offer Composite photography services for Middle School and High School Band, Orchestra and Choral Programs as well as High School JROTC Programs.

*Hopefully the final edit* Cary sent me a correct composite which vanished in the mail but he resent it without an issue. This one looks so much better. **Edited AGAIN** Had some major issues with the composite image with duplicates, at least one name spelled wrong, a last name isn't capitalized. When I reached out I was told this was all on the band director.
They will not fix these issues & reprint unless the director pays a fee. This is completely unprofessional. Hopefully next year our school will choose another company to do band pictures or I will opt to not send another cent on images from this company. **Edited** After posting my review Cary was quick to respond & correct my issues. Brittany retouched my images & Cary is reprinting them to send out.
I appreciate them correcting the issues I had so I have changed my 2 star review to a 4. They finally took pictures of my child on the THIRD picture day they setup. I am not satisfied at all. There was no option to have any retouching which I would have done as my child is really self-conscious about acne on her forehead. I'm essentially out over $50 because she hates it them.
I chose the personalized option & the school colors are black & gold but the jacket & shadow are very yellow. The images also have a green overcast on them. They are very difficult to contact so I have given up on trying call to see if they can do anything to correct the issues. I should be thankful I have received mine as I know of others who have yet to even get their digital image.

I truly do not like to leave a bad review, especially for another photography company, but this one is definetly a company that everyone should avoid. They scheduled with my daughters school to take their photos 3 times, there was an excuse the first two as to why they couldn't come. They did finally show up on the third try. Weeks later (which is fine!) I had to contact them to find out where my order was.
This took 3 days of calling and leaving messages, to finally get in touch with them on the 4th day as they accidently picked up the phone. While I thought my issue was resolved (they finally emailed me the digital image, and said my order was shipped to the school instead of my home), I did finally receive my prints from the school only to find out they have completely misspelled my daughters name, and the magnets have their mock up photo template on them instead of my daughters school.
I have now tried to call multiple times today to reach someone but conveniently the phone line has been busy. I've never had to deal with a company with such horrid customer service. I am quite sure our school will never use this company again and I hope others do not have to go down this road with this company either.
