Totally not worth it, we paid 60.00 for 3 5x7 photos and one magnet pic which is sooooo small, 5.00 really! The pics I could do better even my 10 year old son could do better. One of the pics was trimmed incorrectly. The AAU WRESTLING TOURNAMENT was complete cash grab and these guys followed suite and turned out a less then desirable product.

These were my kids first school pictures. My sons was great but my daughter wasn't smiling. They did remakes and replaced my original order no problem. I love these pictures! Thanks for capturing this year!

Ordered prints for aau girls wrestling, was super fast and are very nice pics

New to town, used to being able to quickly find my sons picture with an ID number and ordering without issue (I also love that the company my sons previous school works with Shutterfly, even more convenient for me) I had to wait for the pictures to finally show up on the website and sort through the entire school to get to my kids picture. The "online ordering" really is false advertising. I didn't like the picture enough to deal with all of the hassle, so if you don't send money in the envelope before the pictures are taken you are SOL.

The photos taken by Tim are decent for the most part. The complaints I have are with the ordering website itself: 1) There's no way to center multiple lines of text on an image. Oh yes, you can add lines of text. And you can bold them if you want. But there's no way to center them unless you manually add spaces to each row. 2) If you make a mistake on text that you've added to an image YOU HAVE TO START ALL OVER! 3) On an iPhone, the Package F on the ordering website doesn't list that it comes with 16 wallets. 4) No packages that come with a class photo. 5) No way to order all 4-5 images in a package (without spending a ridiculous amount of money).

Tim is the best simply the best! I have four boys and will not have anyone else photograph them! He goes above and beyond and he can make any dancer to look just as they would want and if not better!

I've emailed this company looking for my 5X7 that I purchased back in, oh, I don't know, November, and I still have yet to get a response. His company photographed another event for my kids and their names aren't listed so I have to scroll through hundred of pictures to find my kids' pictures. Unprofessional to not respond to customers, theft to not provide for PAID items and clearly overworked or has taken too much on to be more organized.

I am personal friend with Tim McConnell and I help him with stuff around his studio he knows everything there is to know about photography if you get your pictures taken by him you will not be disappointed

Tim always always does a great job with every session. You will have tons of great pictures after he's done.

I love that we have a Professional Photographer that is located right here local in Indianola. Pictures are always of high quality. I love the option of ordering school pictures both from an order form and online and with a quick turn around time. Tim and his employees are very accommodating.
