I can not find the exact words to describe my bad experience. I wish that someone can see and read my review, because I did the same thing before I come to this place. I went over the review and I see most of it choose 5 stars, I have no idea why they did, it might be friend, relative or maybe neighbors. However, its very bad quality, very bad quality, very damn bad quality.

That is it. I read your reply and I am really confused about it. So you admitted that was something wrong and did nothing about it, you should at least tell me that won't work and advise me to come in a different day or something and the problem is you still charged me for the full amount even I told you I did not like them, if you really do care about your reputation.

My family has been a client of Ruth Olson Photography for decades. She has taken a pictorial of our parents, weddings, family portraits, Sr. pics, and now grand children. Julia is an exceptional talent, like her mother Ruth. I have always recommended this studio for all your family photographs. I just had my 34 year old daughter's family photos taken with a portrait Ruth took when my daughter was an infant in the background. These photos are family treasures.

Ruth Olson has been taking our family photos since 1986. We have used her for Graduations, Wedding, Baptisms, First Communion's, family photos and engagement's. We are beyond excited that Ruth and her daughter will continue our family photos in 2018, at our daughters wedding. She is creative, and has maintained her creative design over the years.
