We were founded in 1982 in the basement of 123 Jefferson Road in Princeton, New Jersey. By 1986 we had outgrown our modest basement headquarters and were forced to move to our current location at 743 Alexander Road. That same year we incorporated and quickly became the largest studio and photography lab in New Jersey.

Went here to get 3 rolls of color film processed. There were a lot of dust and scratches when I went to scan them in afterwards. Pretty slow service (took 2 days) and there was no student discount. I only came here because I was in a time crunch and couldn't make it into New York City where I usually go. I will not be coming back.

Poor customer service: had to call a week later to see if they had received my order. No payment confirmation nor tracking number. Didn't return messages. Didn't apologize. Shipping cost was too high due to too much packaging (too much size and weight). I called to complain and they just made excuses. If you're international, try somewhere else. But maybe their domestic shipping is also too high. Buyer, beware!

Taylor Photo did great work on a large set (~100) of photos that were digitized and reprinted. The photos were in all different sizes, and different numbers of prints for groups were requested. They retouched and recoloured the photos beautifully even though we weren't expecting them to. Great and easy to work with and very organized.
