Terrible photo. I spend $43 for my son photograph in school ps 6. they given me wrong order n when I filled refund form. still more than 6 months i have not received Cheque. I hv called several times. same reply you will receive soon. very poor service Edited to three star as I received refund

Growing up in Nutley, I've had all of my school and senior portraits taken with Joseph's Photographers. I've never had an issue. On the contrary, they're all very kind and accommodating. I graduated from college this past May 2020, but wasn't able to take my senior portraits through the school because of COVID. I reached out to Joseph's Photographers and was in contact with them throughout the entire pandemic until I was finally able to make an appointment once it was safe to do so.

I took my portraits and picked them up without any problem at all. And my portraits came out FANTASTIC! Better than I could have hoped for. Thank you again to everyone at Joseph's Photographers!

This is the ONLY studio Nutley High School will use year after year for school pictures - from class photos, athletic photos and graduation portraits. I have a 23 year old who when she graduated high school had a great portrait. That's why I can even give one star. My youngest - now a senior had a totally different experience. They photos were terrible. Poorly digitally altered to the point where the white of her eye looks black in one eye and her eyes look two different colors.

After countless attempts at trying to get to see the pics before any computer manipulation all we were told is that they WERE NOT altered! But they are visibly altered. After getting nowhere but being offered to pay MORE MONEY to get another sitting or to further alter the pics.we decided to only pic one photo for the yearbook (as we have no choice) and to spend our money elsewhere for her graduation portrait package. I wish the town's HS would consider another photography studio as the pictures here go down in quality yearly but up in price.

Had no problems with the photos I got for my yearbook photos, and my graduation photo. The staff was nice and all of my photos came out crystal clear.

Absolutely loved my experience there, everyone was so welcoming and comfortable. My senior portraits came out amazing as well! Would recommend!

Really poor customer service. Said they'd call back in 15 minutes and they never did. I've been waiting for them to deliver my pictures for 2 months.

I honestly wish I could give them a 0 or even less. My son just graduated 8th grade this past June and I actually wanted to order more pictures. You think that they would be happy to provide more that info. however when I received the pictures they said the only way to get more was to call the photography studio. When I did that they said they would send an order form through the mail.

I was patient I've called 4 times already. Each time somebody has said they will send the order phone. Regardless of the phone calls. even me saying them about the multiple calls and my disappointment and frustration I have yet to receive an order for. this is now the end of August going into the new school year. I actually just called them again today and it's 3:00 p.m. on a Friday afternoon.

Their business hours listed on their website and Their telephone message stated till 5:00 p. However nobody answered there was no voicemail and again I am left here unable to order more of my son's 8th grade graduation pictures. I wish I could deal with a better company however I'm not the one that picks the photo studio. But if I could. I would never recommend them

Terrible photo, how anyone could send a mom such a picture Upset with staff, young girl answering phone said manager would call back. She never asked my name or number! SHE HUNG UP ON ME! Poor service all around.

Paid extra $10 for retouch for my twin's school pics. Got pictures unretouched. Called in 1st week of Jan to complain. Been following up every 2 weeks. Finally got the pictures today Feb 27. At first look I thought they sent me another child's pic. I couldn't even recognize my son. Picture was a little blurry and over processed, yes pimples were gone but facial features were also altered. My other son's pic was fine if that was any consolation. If these were not grad pics i wouldn't waste that much time hounding them.
