I'd leave six stars for DigitalFusion if I could! They have done splendid work producing quality digital scans of my artwork (canvas paintings and drawings on paper). They keep me updated on the process, invaluable since I am shipping the art to them from a distance; support is as excellent as the resulting scans. I cannot say enough about the customer service and the QUALITY I found here at Digital Fusion. I worked with a guy named Daniel who was SO amazing and walked me through the process. Such a great attitude, felt like I was collaborating with a friend. We went over all the various paper options until we found the one that worked best with what I wanted to achieve.
They were able to rush my order in time for the holidays with minimal fee and zero hassle. I was kept updated through numerous emails from Daniel. He let me know when my prints were available, I swung by, they looked GREAT and I was on my way. I recommend this place with a rousing FIVE STARS and would never go anywhere else for my digital printing needs.

Normally don't do reviews, but this place is absolutely the best place in LA to get photographic and art prints done. It's all about Mark though! If you go make sure he is doing your printing. He is an artist himself (really good artist) and knows color. The prices are reasonable in comparison to other labs. And you can actually have a discussion with the person printing your work (did I mention Mark). They are not hidden in back somewhere.

I asked for a glossy twice and i got a luster but they told me that it was the same. If it was the same, then why do they have different name? Moreover i paid for a custom photo that is more expensive even if everything was ready to print. That's a shame! Maybe they tought that i'm stupid or i don't know.but never again

VERY professional and an amazing job every time I need a quick turn around. The post production team is above and beyond what need to have any work done, no matter the size of the job. Jeanne in the office continues to be an amazing asset to the company as she always the same care everything I need.

Excellent service. Called and was connected immediately to a specialist regarding a high resolution photography reprint. They are also handling the custom framing in house. Hugh went out of his way to send me photos of the paper and framing options. Everyone's been friendly and efficient. The pricing is very affordable too. No complaints.

I brought some family photos here to be scanned and they did a horrible job. A lot of them were cut off, mis-aligned, and the scan lines were showing on almost all of them. When I showed them the mistakes, they re-scanned them. When we got them back for the second time, they had the EXACT same problems. It wasn't as though it was one or two photos, it was over 50% of about 1000 photos.
I asked for a reimbursement after I brought the photos to another place so that I could show them evidence of how poor their quality of work was, and I was refused. They even tried to deny poor quality of their scans. They don't take you seriously unless they think you're anyone of importance.
