Amazing! Dr. K is the best and has amazing hands. Really love my results for BBL and Lipo 360. He is talented and such a nice person. Very reasonable prices and his staff is great, when you walk in you feel so much positivity. Sophia who booked my appointment is super professional and just a delightful person to speak with. She is very attentive and super warm. Cierra assisted during the surgery and did my lymphatic drainage massages post-op, she is awesome and such a sweet talented young lady!

Great experience. The coordinator (Sophia) and Dr. Kalsow were amazing! Sophia was so helpful through the whole process! Dr. Kalsow went beyond expectations from his bedside manner to his work! I am 2wpo and so happy with my results (lipo360 only). The day of the surgery, I was so nervous but after talking to coordinator(Natasha) and Dr. Kalsow, I felt comfortable and knew I was in good hands. Dr. Kalsow's talent/work is undeniable. I have no complaints.

Lipo 360 + BBL---Gave me some hips( happy about that) BBL not much difference there. Lower back and side still bulgy. Charged me an extra 500 to take a little bulge of fat on my right lower thigh and he did not even touched it. Paid him 9,000. Spent over 2,800 on post op massages and even tried the cold sculpting on the right thigh(another $300)

I had the best experience EVER with Dreams Plastic Surgery. The coordinators Sophia & Natasha actually both worked with me during EVERYTHING from start to finish. They answered all of my questions questions no matter how many times I asked the same thing or even if it was something that didn't make sense they still tried their best to inform me. I love them so much for making my journey a stress free one.
The day before my surgery Sophia made sure she called to get me prepped on what was to come and had the most sweetest voice, she also checked on me the day AFTER which I really appreciated. The day of my surgery was amazing, I was greeted by Natasha's wonderful smile and the atmosphere in the building made me so calm and relaxed (they knew I was nervous but it stopped immediately once I spoke to Natasha). Dr Kalsow is a man with magic fingers because the way he snapped on my BBL was outstanding.
I was swollen after and my stomach was STILL flat. Even during the numbing process he told me every single thing he was doing before he actually did it (I went under local anesthesia). I can go on and on but this team is absolutely WONDERFUL and they deserve any and everything that will come to them in the future as far as elevation. I want to thank all of the staff at Dreams plastic surgery for treating me like a human and not just a dollar.

My experience with Dr. Kalsow was everything I anticipated. He came highly recommended and lived up to all my expectations. After a nightmare breast reduction I experienced a year ago and suffering silently in my own body from that trauma he saved me physically and mentally. My reconstructive breast augmentation with lift and implants Dr. Kalsow performed on 6/9/21, I am literally a week post op and I have not had the need to take any pain meds. A day after surgery while changing my dressing I was able to see how my stitches were beautifully done, I am in awe with his work. Pleased is an understatement.

He's not just a plastic surgeon he's an artist I'll explain. After calling about 20 locations all around NYC, Dr. Kalsow's office was the easiest in scheduling a consultation. (Too good to be true I thought) Natasha was the first person I spoke to. She was very knowledgeable in every aspect of my procedure. Like I said I did my research & it was extremely easy to trust her recommendations.
The consultation was very short & precise. I'll skip to the procedure. Very important, during the procedure there was no to very little pain, I also felt the sensation from the anesthesia and that was it. I couldn't believe it was over. When I got home I immediately saw amazing results. I took multiple pictures of before. he fixed everything! I could see a drastic change from day one. He's a genius! He has an excellent staff Cheers to Natasha Sophia & Edward job well done. Now I can't wait to hit the beach.

Dr. Kalsow perform my Tummy Tuck and Lipo. I can say through the whole process from the consultation to after my surgery him and his staff made me feel like family. Very pleasant, professional and honest and right now I am loving my new body and shape and it has only been 2 weeks ago since surgery. I made the right choice I would recommend Dr. Kalsow. He will definitely be seeing me again if I decide to more work done. Job well done Dr. Kalsow.
