Barbara was so easy to work with. I called her from out of state, booked my appointment with in two weeks and her urgency was so awesome! She made me feel so comfortable during the shoot as well. Her studio is very clean and organized, as well as her work. The photos turned out awesome! She rushed the process to have my lil black book ready before heading home.

I really loved working with her! Also I can't remember her name but her makeup artist and hair stylist gave me exactly what I was looking for! Loved the whole over all experience!

Barbara is truly an artist! This photography experience was intended as an anniversary surprise for my husband. I never saw myself as the beautiful woman portrayed in the exquisite display of attractive wardrobe & accessories, focus lighting, positioning detail, hair & makeup and more. Barbara devotes time to get to know client and customizes session to accentuate personality and beauty.

I opted for the leather bound flush mounted albums both 10X10 and 6X6 along with a custom caption printing on the USB digital file. Such a magnificent presentation. Albums & USB are tastefully wrapped in gift boxes with ribbon/bow. My husband was WOWED as seen in pictures. I had such a great experience with Intimate Photography. I've been considering boudoir photos for some time now, and finally decided to work up the courage and do it. Barbara is the ultimate professional. She has a way of setting you at ease, and knows exactly what poses will look great. I was nervous about booking, first timer here! However, When I spoke with Barbara over the phone, she made me feel at ease. Upon arriving to my appointment, I was shown different shoot options and outfits and within minutes I was slipping into something more comfortable (aka incredibly hot corset ). Barbara started guiding me thru the poses and snapping away.

My nerves had completely disappeared by now and I was fully enjoying this experience. The results? A shoot that helped me regain my confidence I didn't know I had lost. Thank you Barbara and staff for such an amazing experience. I absolutely loved the way all my pictures turned out!

Everything about my experience was pleasant and professional. The photography was exceptional and very tasteful. I did not know I could look so beautiful and sexy. The finished product made an incredible gift that my husband loves.

Barbara does an amazing job. I wanted to give my husband, then fiance, a little wedding gift. Barbara helped make that a reality! My husband was so surprised and amazed that I could do something like that - his eyes were just lit with excitement! From the time I arrived, we immediately started looking at outfits and seeing what my taste was. Then we did hair and makeup, which is WOW, and then the poses start. I thought it was just going to be quick and easy, but she takes her time to make the perfect shot.

I found this Intimate Photography through Groupon and it would be great for my upcoming 40th Birthday. I have done a photo shoot with my sister in law and she is an amazing photographer. For this same reason my expectations were very high. I was very picky about the look I wanted so I took the time to shop for specific looks I wanted. Barbara had a lot of clothes and accessories.

I ended up using two outfits of my own and one of hers. I am very picky about my make- up and hair but I decided to give Barbara's make-up artist a try since her prices are "super reasonable". Meleah did an amazing job applying my make-up and doing my hair. I was very pleased;, she is a very talented make-up artist and a wonderful person. I liked the fact that Barbara was very organized and she really helped me narrow down my outfits since this could be a bit overwhelming.

I was looking for a certain look so I took the time to shop for my own clothes and brought my own shoes and accessories. Although I ended up using two of my own outfits and one of Barbara's, she has a good selection of clothing and items you can wear. Barbara made me feel very comfortable and she took her time with my session. I was only planning on getting the photos that I had paid for through group on but I ended up buying a beautiful leather book.

I was so impressed with the way the photos turned out I could not resist. I have not say not only did she meet my expectations but exceeded my expectations. I never once felt pressured to buy anything; her presentation of the photos was amazing. I would definitely recommend Intimate Photography, Barbara has an amazing talent and I don't believe you have to be a particular size shape of form to take these types of pictures.

Luckily we have a good amount of choices for boudoir photo shoots here in San Diego, but I would most definitely choose Intimate Photography. From start to finish it was a fun and comfortable experience. Barbara is very professional and helpful with cuing and helping you find poses that are the most flattering for your figure. I couldn't be more pleased with the final product, and either could be my husband. This experience made me want to do it again soon!
