Update: The photos we received were awful. Why am I not surprised? We took photos with them through the local Rec for softball. The photographer and person that was "Styling" the kids were not consistent in their efforts to ensure all the kids looked good across the board. My child was one of those kids. Her bat was NOT sitting up properly and her body positioning was poor.

When I asked them to retake the photo the lady facilitating the line was very nonchalant and was not accommodating. We PREPAID alot of money for these photos. I should be able to ask for a retake with no issues. The employee had an attitude and stepped back to "let me put my child in the position I wanted." Wrong answer. Maybe this was an off day but they were very selective in who they chose to "style" during the photo shoot.

All the poses were random and inconsistent. Parents want and deserve good photos. The employees should make every effort to do so. NOT have attitudes with their PREPAID customers.

Refuse to take a booking for a portrait on a Friday with three weeks notice. They are "too busy " on Friday was the response. Oh Well. Other Photograhy services in the area.

They are okay. But needs to offer more packages and more backgrounds for school pictures.

Always had excellent interactions with F. Paul Galeone Photographers. They've handled my kids' school photos throughout their school years. There were a couple of times where I wasn't satisfied with the photos, perhaps it was too dim or too bright. They immediately corrected it and within a week, I had new photos. It's very easy to order online, easy to find photos from a sport, graduation or school. Very happy customer.

The photographers are great with the kids! Photo sessons are quick but turn out excellent! I loved this company when they photographed my 72 player soccer program! Thank you for doing such a great job! We will continue to use Galeone for our future soccera photos!

They were super good with the kids during their baseball pictures. Got some really good shots. Then they were super helpful when my order was lost in the mail.

Still waiting on an order from November 2018. Disappointed to say the least. Update 2/5/19 Company called and apologized for the circumstances as the website for ordering is still being updated. They sent a refund check for my purchase and threw in a few extra wallets for the inconvenience. Want to thank them for all their efforts.

I am truly grateful and touched by the photographers at F. Paul Galeone! They took such time and care to make sure my kids looked good for their school photos since most parents are not there to groom their kids. I want to give a special thanks to Laurie Everett, one of the photographers, for the "extra" touch. My kids love you!
