Editorial photographers may make photographs by looking carefully and finding powerful visual statements in moments, but they must never try to make the story itself.

I took a dropped camera in and went to buy a replacement. The guy looked at my old camera and somehow managed to reformat my card (losing all our of vacation photos to Paris). How on earth a camera store employee manages to hit the reformat button and then confirm by clicking again I do not know. The guy did try to recover the photos and I ended up buying a camera from them (I would have gone to Cirque de Photo up the street if it wasn't closed).
If I could give this less than 1 star I could. If you go in they do seem to know what they are talking about but dont let them touch your camera without removing the memory card.
