I was fortunate to be born to an artistic family. My father was a painter, and my grandfather photographer, oil painter, and renaissance man. It was my grandfather who bought me my 1st camera, and who carried his camera wherever we went. I loved his eye for everything in life. He froze all the amazing moments in our lives.

Women: Full sleeves or half sleeves photograph best. Avoid sleeveless tops. Furthermore, having a jacket to throw on will give you two very different looks (business casual and business formal). Men: Suit jacket will dress up any head shot, even if you are wearing a t-shirt underneath (if your company or work you are seeking is of a more relaxed business casual a t shirt and blazer is fine).
Each of us are so unique in style, clothing and accessories. Trying to figure out how to coordinate an entire family can be intimidating. But below I have shared some amazing color palettes and combinations. Try picking one outfit for your child or yourself that has patterns or various colors (such as a plaid or striped top), and then select the remaining outfits for family members with colors from that top.
With input from you on colors and style preferences, I will bring accessories, select floor backdrops, wraps, blankets and furs to you. Natural light is the most crucial factor in making the portraits, so if your home is too dark I will recommend you come to me in my small home studio - but I can also bring supplemental lighting.
The ideal time is between 30 to 36 weeks. During this time, your pregnant belly is big and round, which makes for gorgeous silhouettes. As the pregnancy progresses you might start to feel uncomfortable. Scheduling your shoot for around 30 weeks is usually a safe bet, but I prefer 34 weeks. I am happy to reschedule if you decide to do it sooner or later.

I would highly recommend Jacqueline for any of your photography needs. We used her for our newborn photos and she did an AMAZING job! The photos were so beautiful! What I really appreciated on top of the photos was her professionalism. In a business world that seems to be lacking the professionalism piece Jacqueline does not! She was responsive, outgoing, detailed (I appreciated the direction on what to wear and how to prepare to make it a successful session) to insure the best outcome.
She was patient with my two year old and so patient getting the shots. Her studio was so clean and she has thought of everything from the right temperature to keep baby comfortable, a changing area, and a little setup with toys and tv for the older kids, along with all the props and backgrounds you could want for photos. I highly recommend Jacqueline Hanna Photography. Jacqueline is amazing and we will definitely be booking photos with her again. We did a 30 minute family session and my 2 and 5 year old loved her from the minute she said hello. She definitely has a knack for working with kids and got them smiling over and over. Previous photo sessions with other photographers have ended in tears with the kids because they were bored and tired of sitting still.
The only tears at the end of the photo session with Jacqueline were because they didn't want to leave! This was a wonderful experience and the pictures are absolutely beautiful! We had a hard time choosing our favorites because she captured so many great shots. Jacqueline was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. Thank you Jacqueline!

Jacquelin is very professional yet so easy to work with. She was our photographer for my son's wedding and we absolutely love her work. She is able to capture your true smile and somehow your deeper emotions in her work. I'm very detail oriented and she pays close attention to your needs. Jacqueline has captured our family's memories on a handful of occasions and each time we are even more astounded. Most recently she photographed our 2 year old birthday girl. Jacqueline is simply the best! We adore the pictures. How she was able to capture that much cuteness in a grumpy little gal (on this particular day) is a true talent.

I hired Jacqueline to do a family photo shoot while on vacation. She was very responsive, which was important since I was planning it from the Midwest. She was just as great during the shoot, leading the way and keeping all of us happy, especially my 3-year-old. Most importantly, the photos were beautiful and delivered quickly.
