Karen and Eikon Photo were everything I could've wanted, including superb value. She set up in a large-volume space for Covid-safety. She is super-professional but in a very down-to-Earth way, and quickly got on the same wavelength with me re: the kind of photo I wanted. She even did a re-set of her equipment to accommodate my need for a business-y headshot in addition to a more casual one.

Her judgement as to the best picks was just the perfect mix of course-correction and mind-meld. I'm thoroughly pleased and will use these shots until my aging face demands a new shoot -- and at that time, I can only hope Karen will be available. And in case you're wondering, everything I wrote here is not just to show my gratitutde; it's also true!

My association used Karen Sayre of Eikon Photography to take photos at our annual meeting. We were delighted with her work. She was professional, efficient, had wonderful suggestions, put everyone at ease, and promptly delivered high quality work. I would recommend using Eikon Photography for any and all occasions.

We hired Karen Sayre of Eikon Photography to photograph our wedding and to photograph 3 separate sessions of our new born baby. The three sessions were new born photographs, 6 month old photographs, and maternity photographs during pregnancy. The overall experience was awful. Starting with the wedding event, Karen was late. When we recieved the photos, they were not edited at all.

The next series of events were even worse, the maternity photographs and new born photographs were LOST. We did not find this out until months after the fact and Karen was only willing to offer more photo sessions free of charge in place of the photographs we already took. Obviously, with the experiences we already had been through, we opted not to have any more photo sessions with Karen.
