Brandon was amazing! I have horrible credit and this man made it happen. Completely went above and beyond standards. If you need a car, don yourself a favor and ask for Brandon. He definitely won't let you down.

Super thankful for the wonderful staff and service at Lehman Hyundai. I've been several times to the service department and they are amazing. This was my first time going to the body shop department and they rock! Huge thank you to Raymond for being so attentive and understanding of my situation, to Victoria for her great customer service skills and to Carlos in the Enterprise Rental area for his amazing patience and care. Recommend them 100%!

Run away from this dealer, poor customer service, lies and more lies, the customer always loose, they need asap training in customer service, I got more than a year waiting for answer. The finance office do everithing wrong and mocked me, the vin number doesn't match and my lease now appears past due and I pay for it always on time and nobody cares.

If your looking for great customer service during your car buying experience Adrian Gonzalez is the one you need to see at Lehman Hyundai. I came in with my partner looking for a lease, a decent payment, a non-stereotypical experience. We was greeted by Adrian at the door and he checked to make sure we weren't book with any other agent. Kudos to him he didn't want to take anybody else's sale.

Once all that was completed. We chatted a little bit, got a few info from us, and started to look at a few cars. One thing I really appreciated is that when I disclose my credit rating there wasn't no doubt in his face. He took the information and didn't jump to verify it to make sure he wasn't wasting time. Our test drive was amazing, smooth, and didn't feel transactional. We ended up with the 2022 Elantra Sel with the blue link already set up thanks to him. Just an amazing experience. Thanks again Adrian from all three of us.

Don't walk. Run away from this dealership as fast as you can. I headed to this dealership in hopes to find a basic trim Tucson. I had previously gone to other dealerships around town and knew this was the car for me. Upon arrival I was greeted by a young salesmen. We test drove the basic model and got to talking numbers. Not before having me go inside to input me into their system. (Did not need to do this at other dealerships) I have great credit.

They were trying to quote me into purchasing the car for $10k over asking price. I laughed and immediately walked out of their facility. When my family tried to explain to the salesmen we had recently test drove the same car TOP TRIM for a lot less they had no idea how to handle or talk over the situation. They brought over what I assume was the manager of the dealership.

She was clueless and had terrible customer service skills. Just trying to explain the discrepancies in the price of the cars was unbearable. She pretended like we had no knowledge about the car. She threw all these bogus fees and costs into the mix. Please do not give your hard earned money to this dealership. Do what I did and head over to RICK CASE HYUNDAI. where they actually treat people with the respect they deserve. Trust me. It'll save you money in the long run. They have no respect for their customers.

I went to Lehman Hyundai last Thursday to test drive and purchase a Genesis G70. They had one in their inventory that matched the exact color, trim and specifications I was looking for. I met with Austin Lorenz, who was terrific and helped guide me through the entire process. The whole team there was so helpful and straight-forward and did not try to overcharge me as did a prior dealer I had gone to.

They even took my Lexus as a trade-in, so I didn't have to sell it elsewhere, thereby saving me a trip and saving me thousands on sales taxes. Austin showed me everything there was to know about the car and even answered questions in the days after to ensure I was happy with my purchase. Top-notch dealership - highly recommended.

I recently leased a new Sonora at Lehman Hyundai. I had the best car buying experience that I have ever had. I had a wonderful salesperson named Nicole. She listened to my needs and was quickly able to help me to decide which model would be best suited for me. She was aware of the price range I wanted, and with very little negotiation, we were able to strike a deal.

Usually I dread the time wasted going back and forth with a salesperson. Nicole made it a relatively quick and pleasant experience. She is very knowledgeable about the cars features and the necessary paper work needed. As a female buyer, I appreciated speaking to another honest, intelligent female. I would highly recommend her to all.
