Clean store with a Dunkin Donuts inside. Wide aisle and large assortment of goods including a supermarket filled with fresh produce and meats.

Tried the pick up order today As I'm a single mom with two jobs. After speaking with walmart employees, & their encouragement to try this, I did. However, I reserved a time slot between 2-3. It kicked me out of the system, so I now reserved 3-4. Hoping to grab my groceries right at 3 I recieved a delayed email. Well it's now 4, I've been waiting 2 hours for 14 items and I'm extremely disappointed that I got out of work early for once and I'm not able to enjoy it and I'm STILL WAITING.

James C helped load my 6 bags of mulch in my car. Offered to tip him and he refused. He said it was against store policy. He was friendly and very helpful.

My 1 star rating is because NO ONE can answer the phone. It has rung endlessly today 5/5. All I want is to get my tire fixed but you must make appt and cannot directly get to that dep't. Very frustrating when your 1 source of transportation cannot be scheduled for warranty support.

It's a Walmart Supercenter. It's big. A supercenter is basically a full-blown combination of a supermarket and a regular Walmart I guess. It's not a really enjoyable place to be, in my humble opinion (for both myself and the workers loll). Being there for too long stresses me out lol. The lines, the "Walmart people" (lol, just kidding, I'm never a judgmental person).

The one good thing about this store is that there are two bathrooms - one in the front and one in the back, by the TV/electronics area. The one in the back is generally more private/less used, so if somebody theoretically wanted to insufflate some powdered substances in a bathroom stall, that would probably be the best bathroom to go to (lmao). Pickup has always been good, I will give them that.

I use the Walmart Android app for my phone and they bring the groceries out quickly and we save lots of time. In fact, because of our positive pickup experiences, I had to raise my rating from 2 stars to 3 stars, just to be fair.

Rude Sales Associate- I was at check out. The sales associate went on lunch break and a new associate signed in the register. I was standing in front of her with my husband waiting for her to process my order. She talked around me, to the next sales associate, at the next register talking with her in Spanish totally ignoring me. She finally rang up my order.

When I went to finish processing the order I had a gift card. I swiped it. It gave me three options to chose from. I asked her what do I do it has given me three options. She did something on the register and told me to swipe it again. Again, I told her it is giving me three options which one do I chose and I read them to her. Again she reset it and told me to swipe my card again. Again, I told her it is giving me three options.

At this point she walked over to see what was on the pad and said you hit purchase in a very sarcastic tone. I said, I'm sorry I didn't know and she told me don't take attitude with me. I asked her what her name was, her name badge was turned over so you could not see her name. She said she was not giving it to me. She then called over a team lead and the team lead came over and she told the team lead, "She gave me attitude so I gave it back" I then asked for the store manager and then Greg, the coach came over and I explained what happened.

I ask Greg for her name and he said he wasn't giving it to me. I said you have a badge with your name, yet she won't display hers. He said he would take care of it. I don't care how bad the employment situation is, you can do better than the sales associate that I encountered.

It's a very busy store I'll say that. And believe me, the people here are nice but definitely not thoroughly trained. I work as a secret shopper and I went to the self checkout and purposely didn't scan 15 items. I showed the lady my receipt and she said "have a nice day". So I brought the stuff to the Walmart in Naugatuck and gave it back to them. So to sum it up, stealing from this place is not hard at all.

Easy returns, but I've gotten to know this store better and there have been so Many times that I've heard employees talking about customers and just straight complaining and grunting like children. You shouldn't have these conversations so the customer can hear. Whenever it's around closing time or a holiday, they get rude, even the manager. You call and they tell you one thing. Get to the store, they tell you another. They never have the cheap basic white bread, and this is Walmart. I try not to go here too often.

Has alot but never what you're looking for smh. Thats are Wal-Mart
